Couldn't find this searching the backlog; any botany loving tropers around?
Rules:
- Similar to other "Guess the ____" games on the forum, one player thinks of a plant, gives a clue, then answers questions to narrow down what it might be until a player guesses correctly, then starts a new round with a new plant
- Guidelines for choosing plants:
- Must be a real plant that exists or existed on planet Earth (extinct and extant species are both allowed)
- Please choose a specific species rather than an entire genus
- Anything under the taxonomic Kingdom of Plantae is allowed (this includes, but is not limited to: moss, trees, ferns, succulents, vines, weeds, grass, flowers, etc)
- Animalia and Fungi are separate taxonomic Kingdoms, and therefore not allowed (there is also an active Guess the Animal game already; if someone else wants to make Guess the Mushroom, go for it)
- For the sake of simplicity, all species of photosynthetic macroalgae are allowed (some are generally considered plants, some aren't, but I don't feel like sorting through them all)
- Lichens are considered Fungi, and therefore not allowed
- Three questions per post are allowed, though they should be logical follow-ups of each other (only one GUESS per post, though)
- When announcing a winner, please include the number of the round, the common name of the plant (if there is one), and the scientific name.

Round 52: Orange (Citrus × sinensis)
While already a very familiar fruit, it’s even more so to those who know a certain web series.
