First, Gainaxing and jiggle physics are not completely synonymous. Gainaxing is for unrealistically animated breasts, jiggle physics is any instance of soft body physics simulation, not necessarily breasts and not necessarily exaggerated.
That said, i do have to wonder why jiggle physics is a trope page. It seems more like a definition page or a useful notes, especially since most of the examples amount to "this game had a physics engine"

Well, I am just reading the trope page: “For a more low-tech, more specific Sister Trope, see Gainaxing. Examples from sprite-based games should go there as they do not involve physics computations.”
And Gainaxing is not ‘necessarily’ unrealistic, per trope page: “…may be so ridiculous that they defy physics by Rule of Sexy” (emphasis mine).

Should Rubber Man and Rubbery World be added to the See Also paragraph for Jiggle Physics as they involve a different more innocent kind of jiggle physics, though not in a Fanservice way?
Kirby is awesome.

Right now, Jiggle Physics is used for 3D, physics simulation-using examples, and Gainaxing for 2D, drawn ones. But the first can be used as examples (and is subsequently often misused for sprite-based games), and the second is definition-only, despite serving the exact same purpose.
If we are keeping Jiggle Physics as a trope, we probably should create a 2D equivalent (keeping Gainaxing as a definition-only term, if it is "problematic"), given that "Gainaxing", as described, is even more of a "trope" (i.e. always intentionally created for each case, and can't arise just from general world simulation).
