Is recreating Sentry formula the next Super soldier serum?

Probably not, since the Sentry serum killed everyone who took it, possibly including Bob. It's way too unreliable.

The general explanation is that Zola did it while Bucky was a POW, and there may have been further experimentation as part of the Winter Soldier process, which was mostly brainwashing.

In the first Captain America, you can actually see Bucky hooked up to a bunch of IV drips full of blue liquid. If I'm not mistaken, there's even a moment where he does something and has a "whoa, when did I get so strong?" type reaction later on. It's all very understated, though.

I for some reason slipped into thinking about Tiger and Bunny's main character Wild Tiger instead of saying Wildcat. The boxer dude who dresses as a cat.

I never saw Secret Invasion does anyone know why Nick Fury isn't recruiting Avengers like he used to be supposed to.?

[up]*4 It's good that they can't create more, the world would surely end if there were more than one. (That, or we'd have a Marvel version of "Invincible War.")

@Known Unknown: Secondly, they weren't Batman's plans: Batman had a database of weaknesses and general ideas, and Ra's al Ghul turned them into plans.

I know this was from a few pages ago but I just wanted to address this point.

If you read JLA Secret Files that shows Talia infiltrating the Batcave to get these files, you'll see that Batman's plan were almost exactly the same as what Ra's does.

Freezing and shattering Plastic Man. That was Batman's plan. And he also had plans to turn Plastic into liquid state as well and keeping the pieces into separate containers to prevent Reformation.

Making Aquaman afraid of water using Scarecrow gas. Batman's plan.

Making Kyle blind through hypnotize suggestion. Batman's plan.

Using Nanobot in Wonder Woman's brain to simulate a perfect opponent. Batman's plan.

Special vibrational bullet that Flash can't vibrate through. Batman's plan.

Setting Martian Man hunter permanently on fire. Batman's plan.

Synthesing kryptonite against Superman. Batman's plan.

Oh, and he had a plan for Atom that involved compressig him to sub-quantum size or creating a mini black hole.

If it weren't for the fact that What If? is already over, "What if more test subjects had survived?" would be a potential plot point.

If they wanted to, they could say that Bob only survived because he's a mutant.

I'm not sure if it was ever stated in the comics why Bob had such an insane reaction to the serum.

Well Void kept getting retconned a lot, either an angel of death or an eldritch abomination so could be tied to that.

[up][up][up] Third it. Also while we're on the subject, I don't buy the excuse that Kamala Khan's creator was always going to make her a mutant. That reeks "PR Damage Control" talk to me. She felt much more like she was organically fitted with Inhuman biology from the word "go".

I wonder what is even in the Sentry serum. It can't just be a juiced up version of the super soldier serum, because Sentry's power set is *insane*.

I think the mutant thing is actually canon because a lot of the DNA came from Weapon X.

But it should be noted Sentry drank the undiluted serum, which was meant to be done in droplets.

I think one of Bob's charms is that he's a "nobody."

Revealing that he's a mutant would be on the same level as Peter Parker's parents being secret agents or Peter Parker being the chosen one in a prophecy.

Unironically Apocalypse.

Say he was hibernating for centuries and now his return spurs mutant births somehow, which had been in stasis along him. A proper Apocalypse, tall like a brick house and bringing a new era with him.

Please remember that, ultimately, fictional works of entertainment are just that.
