With his dress, cool mount, and Outrun the Fireball from the explosion in the background, he certainly looks like he's extremely good at what he does (whatever that is) and that he's doing the impossible. That fits the trope well enough.

I think it just needs reinforcing that everyone also acknowledges his abilities:
For the curious here's the context: https://youtu.be/gXYfnWRp1Q0?si=moi8XPYGVRO9P1eY
Also it's a guy fleeing an explosion in the sky by surfing on the back of an alligator not sure how that doesn't sell "is awesome at what he does".

It's a quality issue, not an illustrativeness one, from what I can gather.
Working on: Author Appeal | Sandbox | Troper WallIt doesn't help that that series of Red Dwarf was mastered in 4:3 SD, so there is probably no 800px wide version of the image available.
Even if the quality was good, I don't think it does a good job illustrating the trope all that well. I just don't see how riding an alligator in the sky is supposed to tell me that he's "really good at everything/what he does". And given how none of the other subpages for The Ace have an image, that gives the impression that this trope is pretty hard to illustrate in image form.

. It was pointed out by multiple people that the current doesn't really demonstrate this trope.
