The good news is, when this fails, it's going to scare people off the concept for years at minimum.
If this was a major studio trying, it would be one thing. But a random start up? They're just hoping to look good while investors are still throwing money at them. Most start ups end up dying even if they have something valid.

I can just bet those shows won't be good, especially in the animation department. I already feel bad for the writers trying to make horror with that technology. I don't really have faith that it can animate anything comprehensive since so far all they showed off is a bunch of talking heads. It's basically more advanced version of those "make your comic" things you can find online. But I'm sure the gimmick will draw some people in.
