First of, that's from a game that came out two years ago so no need to spoiler that because I doubt we have people in this site who haven't touched COD doing so recently. Second, it's clear that the US won't suffer as long as that remains hush-hush and the Project Greenlight nukes removed as the Cold War began to wrap up in this game, which could mean Woods will be banished to the Vault like in Black Ops 2.
Having gone over the story, while I liked the implication that Pantheon may have had a hand with what happened in Panama and that Adler went rogue because they more or less generated faulty evidence that he was in cahoots with Raul Menendez and David being mentioned in an optional talk with Woods, as well as Pantheon hijacking Vorkuta, didn't like they made Case a mute. I can imagine it would have been a bad idea that Case admitted he was connected to Pantheon through the experiments in the ATAP lab in Kentucky as it would have made Marshall and his team treat Case like an enemy but it felt like Case died an enigma, and that he was involved with the mission to get Alawi in the beginning because of Jane Harrow only for that to be demoted to simply being a guinea pig for Cradle.
Not only that, why "the Cradle" as the biological weapon's name? What does it have to do with making people become feral but powerful in combat?

Hey, that reminds me. Does anyone in the series brign up the fact that The United States considered nuking the entirety of Europe all to avoid them "falling to communism"? Or that they then replaced the nukes with neutron bombs, showign the plan was still in the cards? How are the US not the bad guy of the franchise after pulling a stunt like that?!
