Plenty of them are. There's The Skeleton Dance, The Three Little Pigs and the couple sequels it got, Lambert the Lion, Ferdinand, Toby Tortoise and Max Hare...
Speaking of which, I really liked the Tortoise vs. Hare duology in particular. They had a special, Looney Tunes esc. charm to it. Shame neither made it in Once Upon a Studio.

After the success of the first short, the distributors wanted more films starring the pigs. So Disney made more pigs, but they never caught on as a series. The original's success was like capturing lightning in a bottle. Walt mused "you can't top pigs with pigs." Instead of reliving past successes, he dedicated himself to advance to new challenges — features, live-action, theme parks. He'd probably be disappointed at the way his company is run now; the countless sequels and prequels and remakes are just Disney trying to top pigs with pigs.

The cartoons Disney made before Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was their breakout hit
Music land is probably the most memorable one and considered of their best
I'm interested in what people consider their favorite because I don't think I have a favorite myself, but the Goddess of Spring might come close.
