Dude, I'm happy to see you, but have just bent my one leg in the wrong direction. Oh, wait, the pain just hit. AAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHH!
"A closed mouth doesn't get fed. An open mouth swallows 8 spiders a year." - Don Zabu-the entire guild is currently in the guild's meeting room-
Guildmaster: Well, gentlemen, I want you all to know that we have caught a spy among us.
-one guy is pushed to center stage-
Guildmaster: He is from the great city to the west...and a member of Tauros Electronics.
Archer No. 1: I knew it! Them, and their cybernetics, and their bullets and their...
-the archer grasps for words, then sits down quietly-
Guildmaster: Now, now, Arthur, the new ways are not dangerous. But, going back to the matter, we must send someone to investigate...and strike back, if necessary.
-I walk up; my armor is now streamlined, built for speed, and a few minor scars (and some bits of metal) mark my face-
Me.
you'll then have a grave in the clouds where you won't lie too crampedAs Aliroz has so kindly opened the door for us, lets go inside...
(The cat winds his way in through the front door. In front of the group is a wide entry room, in the centre of which is a large table with a glass case containing a map of the area as it was before the city was constructed on it. The battleground of the last fight is shown to lie more or less where the museum is now, if any of the characters take the time to examine it.)
(The museum is eerily quiet without staff. An unguarded security checkpoint looms ahead. Instead of going over to it however, the cat wanders over to the side of the table, and puts a paw against it, as if in a pushing movement.)
"There is security in the rest of the building. We must take an alternate route. Help me move this, please."

The term "Great Man" is disturbingly interchangeable with "mass murderer" in history books. All right.
-places a gauntleted hand on the table and pushes-
"One thing, though- apparently the eldest goat is the bastard child of Muhammad Ali and the Hulk." ~ Exelixi, on The Three Billy Goats Gruff.-looks over at the glass orb-
What the heck are you?
"One thing, though- apparently the eldest goat is the bastard child of Muhammad Ali and the Hulk." ~ Exelixi, on The Three Billy Goats Gruff.-Still pushing the table-
Used to?
"One thing, though- apparently the eldest goat is the bastard child of Muhammad Ali and the Hulk." ~ Exelixi, on The Three Billy Goats Gruff.(To Dimitri) "Are you a preserved, previously organic intelligence of some kind?"
(The table begins to shift. Underneath the table is just more floor, the wooden planks apparently continuous. However, there are four shorter planks, each continuous with each other, lying there as well.)
"The makers of this museum knew something of the cave system running through the mountain this is built on. Those planks hide a trapdoor leading down into the bowels of the mountain, where the natural energy of the Earth is at its strongest... and most perilous. But they also lead to our destination."

"Come, get these planks up. We must move quickly. Rain aids our foes."
The term "Great Man" is disturbingly interchangeable with "mass murderer" in history books.-some murmuring goes through the guild; the guildmaster pulls me aside-
Guildmaster: Yarrun, I told you not to rile them up! You know they've been suspicious of you-and me- ever since you got those...tics in your skull!
Cybernetics, uncle. Simple cybernetics to help me keep my charge longer. At least warring against Tauros should gain me some goodwill.
Guildmaster: Yes, and help you find your friends, right?
...Yes. I could have sworn I saw Aliroz when I went to place the order, really! If I could just talk to them...find out what happened...say I'm sorry...
-the guildmaster puts his hand on my shoulders-
Guildmaster: Go. You have excelled at everything I have given you. If anything, you are prepared. If only your father was still here to see you go...
Thank you, uncle. I'll be out by next dawn.
you'll then have a grave in the clouds where you won't lie too cramped-pulls the planks up-
What do you mean, rain aids our foes?
"One thing, though- apparently the eldest goat is the bastard child of Muhammad Ali and the Hulk." ~ Exelixi, on The Three Billy Goats Gruff."I will explain as we go."
(The planks reveal a trapdoor, ornately carved with a scene with rolling hills.)
"Open it... and be careful, there is a very large drop on the other side of it."
The term "Great Man" is disturbingly interchangeable with "mass murderer" in history books.-Reaches out, careful to mantained balance, and pulls the trapdoor open-

Ok, I lied. Penultimate post.
(The cats eyes visibly widen.)
"I was not expecting you here of all people. Not in a museum, at night, at any rate."
