I have created a new page a while ago, and I noticed that the page was not sorted into an index at the bottom of the page, where it showed the corresponding pages under previous/index/next. How could I make them appear correctly at the bottom of the page?

Have you added the page to the indexes? As in, going to the page of the index and editing it to add the page you created in it's correct place.

If you have and it's still not appearing I have no idea, probably a bug.

Ok, specifically, it's this page: Abomination Vaults. Where could I find the index to add this page into?

Edit: It's already in the Pathfinder Characters index page, but it's still not showing the indexes at the bottom of the page.

You can fix it by going to the index's page type and clicking save or cancel. It's addressed on How Indexing Works:

This new page I made is on an index, but the index isn't showing up: An index is updated when it is edited — not automatically. Try editing and saving the index where the new page is or toggling the page type.
