My problem with 1.1. is that out of context it is hard to tell that they voiced the characters.
1.2 is my pick personally because it's the most balanced between the suggestions.
There's enough similarity between Jenna and Emma and their characters to make it clear they're the same people and there's no confusion on who is who (which is the problem 1.1 and to a lesser extent 1.4 have), but also enough contrast between their characters and the RL actors to make it so there's no confusion for something that comes from the show (my problem with 1.3. Jenna and Emma are wearing their characters' costumes and makeup, so unless one is familiar with Wednesday, it's hard to tell at a glance if it's a Behind the Scenes screenshot or a screenshot from the show).

I don't know, being friendly with each other at a premiere event or on set is kind of par the course. As I understand it, this trope is for enduring friendships that lasted well beyond production, not just two people with an amicable working relationship.
Throwing in Arnold Schwarzenegger and Tom Arnold, in character on the set of True Lies and nearly 30 years later, wearing matching t-shirts.

You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"
To be clear none of the pictures I suggested are from the premier of anything. Infact the first Wednesday is from months later. The Supernatural one is from them just hanging out.
Also, that is a good suggestion, but can you get rid of the black bar in the middle.
My only problem with 1.2. and 1.3. is that they are already the page quote and I like to spread the wealth.
Another suggestion of Rebecca Mader and Lana Parrilla from Once Upon a Time;

Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup thread^ That's fine, but it's not very clear from the images themselves that it's "months later". In fact, they're apparently at a Golden Globes party directly related to the show. And as an avid Supernatural fan, I know perfectly well how close Jensen and Jared are in real life.
I just think we need something more substantial than a selfie or two people at a promo event or shoot to clearly demonstrate that they are close friends if not outright Heterosexual Life-Partners a considerable time after the production has ended.
Here's another take. Arnold holding Tom's baby, posted on his twitter with the caption "Fantastic to see @TomArnold and Jax while Tom was on daddy duty this weekend. Luckily Jax got his mother's looks."

I mean I don't really agree that it is not clear its months later considering they look considering different. I also don't agree that them being at a party makes it less this trope.
Personally, I don't agree that goofing off is not demonstrative that they are friends because best friends tend to goof around. That could just be me though.
I actually like that suggest a lot more than the others.
11.

Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadI mean, it's not a necessity for the two to be Heterosexual Life-Partners (like for instance Jensen and Jared are), but it does make for a stronger illustration.
I'm just a bit wary of Trope Decay. There's a difference between two people being amicable on set or at a promo party for the same work and two people who forge an enduring friendship that outlasts the production. When Mean Character, Nice Actor still allowed Real Life examples, it rapidly degenerated into "This actor isn't a Serial Killer and doesn't fist-fight everybody he works with, who would have thought".

You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"I do agree that it might lead to decay if we don't find the proper image. It is just hard to capture the sort of friendship we need in an image. Like I said I really like 11 the best because it captures it better than the others.

Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup threadThe best I could find. I tried to find one with them at the official ceremony, but couldn't in my search. If you can find a better picture, I would appreciate that as I am still not sure it works to show the needed friendship.

It's also kind of awkward cut off because it won't let me do the whole image:
Like I said I think it can be improved as I don't know it demonstrates this trope well enough.

I agree.

The completely different hairstyle (and different hair color), the completely different clothing style, different make up style, and the fact that the bottom on clearly was taken by a completely different type of camera. Plus, they look older and nothing like they do in the show. It all makes it clear in my opinion that one is real life.
