I did wonder if the original source is just a public domain demon image combined with a generic head silhouette, the looks not far off but not exactly unlike Eurynome, from the 1863 edition of Collin de Plancy's Dictionnaire infernal
which is in the public domain, so combining it with this image
from Pixabay's "okay to remix so long as you aren't making commercial use of it" license gives me this in attempt to replicate current:

1.2 is the best, but the problem with it is that it focuses more on the exorcism than the possession part. 1.3 is completely unclear to me, and 1.1, as stated above, looks more like the demon is stealing his soul.
Fjón þvæ ég af mér fjanda minna rán og reiði ríkra manna.I just thought of this, Sirleck possessing the old man in El Goonish Shive:

There are some tells (his eyes look reptilian and he's much paler), but those are very subtle.
Working on: Author Appeal | Sandbox | Troper WallGiven these options, I don't hate the remade version in 5. Nothing else looks that great to me.
regulation pigeonWait, can we use the art in 5? The wiki is commercial use for the owners.

I think you just can't sell it directly, here's the Pixabay content license:

Calling for 1.2. It's in and tagged, caption besides the painting name?

Crown Description:
Demonic Possession

So I tried for find the source for current and I couldn't (tried both Sauce Nao and Tin Eye combined with Wayback Machine). So some suggestions.
From Magic: The Gathering (Treacherous Pit Dweller):
From the painting "St Francis Borja at the Deathbed of an Impenitent (1788)" by Francisco de Goya public domain but I cropped it a bit for use at wiki size:
From Seraph of the End:
Not against keeping current though if we can find a source as it is simple and to the point.
