I would have nothing against this. The 2006 sequel-series never got me interested, partly because I much preferred the earlier art-style. TMNT is a good example of a franchise that can keep re-inventing itself, with loads of very different incarnations existing even simultaneously. Biker Mice doesn't really have the same level of pop-culture-influence, but I think it is among the better Teenage Mutant Samurai Wombats of the 90's, so it could make a come-back as a genuinely fun show.
There really were a ton of those "anthropomorphic animal + cool job" shows trying to ride TMNT's coattails, weren't there?
- Swat Kats, cat detectives.
- Road Rovers, dog race car drivers.
- Street Sharks, shark bikers.
- Extreme Dinosaurs, dinosaur extreme sports athletes, spinoff of the previous.
- Mighty Ducks, duck hockey players.
- And, uhh... "Wild West C.O.W. Boys of Moo Mesa." Thing that might be a smidge excessive?

Technically Extreme Dinosaurs and Street Sharks were produced by the same studio, and were mostly promoting toys (from Mattel!). They were cool toys at least.
Cowboys of Moo Mesa was like a sister series to TMNT since it was created by one of the TMNT comic book artists. Even had a crossover in the comics and had a cameo in 2003 Fast Forward.

Ryan Reynolds is gonna produce a reboot of Biker Mice from Mars. Here’s the deadline article I learned from [2]
.
Here’s the synopsis of the original show: “on the planet Mars, there existed a race of anthropomorphic mice who enjoyed motorsports and had a very similar culture and society to that of human beings. Eventually, they were all but wiped out by the Plutarkians, an alien race of obese, foul-smelling, worm-eating, fish-like humanoids who plunder other planets for their natural resources. Three survivors: Throttle, Modo, and Vinnie, manage to find a spaceship and escape the Plutarkian takeover. They soon find themselves crash-landing on Earth in Chicago. Along with a charming female mechanic named Charlene “Charley” Davidson, the Biker Mice must defend Earth and defeat the villainous Plutarkians in an attempt to finally return to their homeland of Mars.“
