I've found a lot of really cool stuff from thrift stores. Most of my Hawaiian shirts, to name one example.
I once found a mug based on the movie Up as well.
Cold turkey's getting stale. Tonight I'm eating crow.I once found a children's manga magazine from, I believe it was Hong Kong when I looked it up?
My mom also brought me some Indonesian Doraemon manga and a Hebrew VHS of Pokémon the First Movie that she found during times she went to thrift stores when I wasn't there, knowing I would be interested in them. (As you can probably guess, I have a penchant for international media.)
I also got into Calvin and Hobbes because I found The Essential Calvin and Hobbes book at a thrift store many years ago. I ended up finding The Authoritative and The Indispensable at a used book store a while after that.
Reindeer in the direction of reindeerAll five seasons of The Wire.
That and a fairly large teddybear (that still has nothing on the five-foot one someone found on their car and said it's up for grabs).

What are some cool/rare things you've found in Thrift Stores? Last week I found the Limited Edition DV Ds for Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi that have the theatrical cuts included. Now all I need is to somehow find A New Hope's Limited Edition (still, it's surprising to find those particular editions in thrift stores in the first place).
