I would think Romance Novel Plots would be specifically for plot tropes - plots that are common in romance novels, while Romance Novel Tropes is for tropes that occur within the story. Don't know how useful a distinction that is though.
As for Romance Arc, it seems to be trying to be a trope, a plot or Story Arc concerning how two characters fall in love, but for quite a while it had no description to speak of. Basically it's trying to be a supertrope covering the general course of a romantic relationship, and as originally created, seemed to be "a plot that hits these common milestones of romantic development", but it would need to be heavily overhauled to effectively serve that purpose.
To be honest, all of them can be merged into a single Romance Tropes index. I think Love Tropes is too broad and it existing with a Romance Tropes index is fine because that's non-platonic/non-familial love-specific. Meaning they wouldn't be redundant with each other. So two indexes only are okay.
yeah I don't really see why these 4 are separated myself. I understand the theoretical difference between these, but I feel like the same could be accomplished with a single page with multiple sections/folders if people are really keen on keeping these distinctions.

If we take those to TRS, no wick check is needed, right?
But can we make a single thread for all four indexes?
^if they're all redundant with each other, yes. I took three tropes to TRS once because they were all Sister Tropes suffering from the same issue [1]. just gotta make sure the OP properly states why each index is involved/redundant.
And yeah, since we're dealing with indices, I'm pretty sure a wick check isn't needed as off page use isn't the issue.
Is it okay if I use some of your arguments in my OP? I'll try to write up one of my own, too.
sure. totally fine.
In terms of the big ones, there's Love Tropes, Dating Tropes, and Flirting and Courtship. These are all fine to me since they are "big tent" topics that cover fairly distinct topics (love is obvs the biggest, flirting/courtship = getting into a relationship, dating = in a relationship). An argument can be made that Flirting and Courtship could just be rolled into Dating Tropes (a move I'd be fine with), but that's not really what I want to discuss.
Romance Novel Tropes, Romance Novel Plots, Romance Arc, and Romantic Resolutions on the other hand all seem very redundant with one another and the above 3 indices.
I'm not seeing the point in why all of these are needed/useful as indices.
