It's got 16k inbounds. Maybe merging into UN/JA is best? At what point is something deemed "best not to cut it"?

Vehicle-Based Characterization | Grief-Induced Split | Locker MailI'll second incorporating it into Japanese Architecture.
Edit: A disambiguation can also work.

Retracting vote for cut/yard because I missed the inbound count. I don't mind merging with Japanese Architecture but the name doesn't work as a redirect to me. It's non-indicative so I don't think it's going to be useful as in that regard.

Macron's notesMaybe we can turn The Thing That Goes Doink into a disambig between Japanese Architecture and Big Fancy House? Some of the redirects can be given to the former.
As for the merge, the UN page already notes The Thing That Goes Doink at the end and I don't think we need to go in detail. We can probably just move the second paragraph over at most as the article is long enough as it is.

Macron's notesI hooked a crowner for whether to merge with UsefulNotes.Japanese Architecture and disambiguate the old name.
I got a rock for Halloween.Calling in favor of merging the information on the shishi-odoshi with UsefulNotes.Japanese Architecture and disambiguate The Thing That Goes Doink between UsefulNotes.Japanese Architecture and Big Fancy House.
I got a rock for Halloween.OK, the page has been disambiguated, and as Macron suggested, the second paragraph was moved to UsefulNotes.Japanese Architecture.
Here are the wicks
. Not as many as I thought.
Edit: Dewicked Main/. Generally, replacing the wicks with "shishi-odoshi" in plain text was enough, sometimes with a pothole to UsefulNotes.Japanese Architecture.

I got a rock for Halloween.
Crown Description:
The Thing That Goes Doink refers to the Japanese Shishi-Odoshi, or deer scare, which typically symbolizes traditional, rich Japanese families living in a Big Fancy House. This would be fine if the examples actually fit. Thing is, it almost never does, and I had to classify over half as ZCEs, with the rest of varying relevance, including one example where the fountain is noted as absent (which seems unnotable in and of itself). What should be done with the page?

Another ancient trope with deep seated issues. The trope refers to the Japanese Shishi-Odoshi, or deer scare, which typically symbolizes traditional, rich Japanese families living in a Big Fancy House. This would be fine if the examples actually fit. Thing is, as shown by The Wick Check That Goes Doink, it almost never does, and I had to classify over half as ZC Es, with the rest of varying relevance, including one example where the fountain is noted as absent (which seems unnotable in and of itself).
Honestly, with how bad it is, I'm thinking a cut and yard is the best option here. It's deeply troubled, and I'm not sure a rewrite and clean will be good enough. Alternatively, if we want to keep the inbounds, we could turn it into a useful noteor merge it into UsefulNotes.Japanese Architecture.
