I finally got the last Occurrence in Simulated Universe (all 3 modes), Mirror of Transcendence II, by abusing domain copying and beacon spawning so that just about every domain I stepped on was Reward x2 or Reward Choices. It's crazy to think that you have to encounter that specific Occurrence a total of four times throughout a single playthrough of SU, where even with Gold and Gears exploration you're not guaranteed to run into that many Occurrences. It's even more annoying when other Reward Occurrences repeat themselves like the Insights from the Universal Dancer or Three Little Pigs.
Cuckoo Clock Fanatic II is also weird in that you can obtain III before it, or obtain a negative Curio and never stumble upon II for several playthroughs.
Now to obtain the last Curio, King of Sponges.
"They played us like a DAMN FIDDLE!" — Kazuhira Miller, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom PainShowerthought: Black Swan, in Pokémon mechanic terms, is likely to be a Ghost/Flying-type. Her combat Type is Wind (read: Flying) and she's a Memokeeper forced to give up her physical body for a memetic one ala a spirit or ghost. Does that seem fitting for her? Doesn't mean that Black Swan is exempt from the What type of Pokémon is the above avatar foru mgame though!
"You can't spell 'Wario' without 'war'."True, but gacha games in general are in a category of their own, as their economic model means that a huge majority of their characters will be designed to appeal to the audience (or at least a significant part of it).
It's not only gacha games (mainline Fire Emblem games also fall in that category, then again their main source of income is a gacha - it's also rather true for most Final Fantasy games in a less blatant way), but pretty much all the major ones qualify.
So I'm not against ruling out the trope entirely (characters such as Camilla from Fates or Fran in FFXII definitely deserve it in their folders), but for gachas in general and Hoyo ones in particular, it really should be restricted to the general category and be excluded from character pages.
I'm not sure what I'm most curious about, either the fragments you managed to save, the amount of curios you have, the absurd number of blessings you got or the equations you have ready to go.

Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, we should find the absolutes that tie us.Meanwhile, I screwed myself on my last run after getting the three Rupert curios by just spam-buying stuff from Screwllum, one of those curios being the one that wipes all your blessings. Not immediately run ending, but I also had that curio that massively buffs enemies for every unfinished equation you have.
Amount of curios and blessings is due to early Rubert trio. From room 2 onwards every time I entered a new room I got three curios, three blessings and 300 fragments.
Plus the weekly run gave you a curio that hands fragments each time you get a curio, meaning that on top of the 300 fragments you had at least 90 more (if three 1* Curios), and sometimes several hundred.
I also landed the one that increases your fragments by 6% each time you enter a new room, and it really adds up when you have several thousands. I got the one that gives +50% fragments once too. And I hunted for trade rooms to buy everything and get tons of blessings and extra curios for almost nothing (due to those granted at the start).
Plus the more curios you have, the more likely you are to happen upon rare ones. I eventually got the one that gives you an unsolvable equation each time you complete one, and it eventually gave me 5 more equations due to how easy it is to complete them with all the blessings you get (or buy).
Really, my only regret was to get the Elation resonance instead of the Remembrance one (which I haven't completed yet) because RNG gave me all the Elation blessings first.
I'm going to make an early prediction regarding future characters and what we might have learned about their kits: Sunday is not going to be Tier 0 on Prydwen at release because he won't synergize well with the three best DPS due to being Energy-Focused (and neither Acheron nor Feixiao caring about it, while Firefly doesn't need it), and it's going to create an endless stream of stupid tier debates that will make the subreddit even dumber than it is on average. Then three months later there will be 1/2 top tier DPS released that do fit well with him and he'll be moved up, like Robin was when Feixiao was released.

If Sunday's kit really turns out to be "over-energy" then it seems Hoyo is once again putting the cart before the horse, just like how they introduced Ruan Mei with her break effect buffs long before Break became a real gimmick. I couldn't think of any character who wants to overcap their energy to a degree were it becomes a selling point for a character. But who knows maybe the way the new on-field summons work will greatly benefit from this."

....Sunday is already written super sympathetically by the narrative though? His whole thing in Penacony was that he had good intentions to the extent that his self styled "paradise" didn't even include him in it but he's so traumatized and controlling he decided that his way HAS to be the right answer.
Also did you fall asleep in the last Penacony part? He's already out of prison.

I absolutely cannot help but adore handsome 2D boysThe fact that you're not sympathetic towards him does not change the fact that the narrative obviously is. The whole scene where Robin catches him as he's falling from the sky after his plans crumble around him does not work otherwise. Half of Robin's character for that matter does not work otherwise.
Also inasmuch as I'll be the first person to mock the stupid charmony bird story because it's such boilerplate symbolism for how much the story keeps talking about it (honestly most of Sunday's monologues are boilerplate, the writer is lacking the sauce of true weirdo esoteric philosophy writers) hyperfocusing on that and not the obvious "former choir boy who had a crisis of fate in his old religion because it didn't actually fix the issues he kept seeing so he joined a different one thinking it would at least have better results even if he didn't have the same faith" writing they went with feels like missing the forest in the bird.
Also let us be so fucking serious, Robin did not sell out Penacony to Jade for her to just go "whoops, sorry left your brother in jail after all". He probably didn't follow her but he's obviously not there anymore. What's next, should we be shocked that Tingyun didn't die after they said "Oh yeah she's probably not actually dead" now?

I managed to clear level 8 of Divergent Universe, and it took me two hours.
The enemies have such an absurd amount of HP it becomes an attrition fight to kill them before the enrage. I assume that the proper combos can lead to multipliers multiplying and reaching several million dmg...but you need to get both the proper blessings and the proper events and the proper equations, and I wasn't lucky to get that (or the Rubert combo).
Had to go the hard way with a mix of Preservation, Erudition & Hunt.
