I don't agree that we have to say "If A, then B" here. The image is the very first thing that grabs your eye on a page, and if it's a spoiler, you get spoiled before you've had the chance to read the first word of any "This page contains spoilers" warning. So it seems appropriate that images are held to a higher standard than example write-ups.

Full disclosure. The removal for the image for Aizen wasn't just due to it revealing his villainy, it was also due to his victim being a big spoiler.
Also some people (mostly me, maybe others) felt the pic was extremely weak.
I have no horse in this race regarding spoilers but felt that was worth bringing up.

So, the image on Monster.Bleach was removed in January for spoiling that Aizen is a villain. Problem is, his status as the Big Bad of the first half of the series has been a Late-Arrival Spoiler for a while now, and is such that even this very wiki frequently doesn't bother hiding his villain status. I have yet to see a single trope entry that refers to Aizen as a villain and also has his name spoiler-marked.
But if this is considered enough of a spoiler that an image needs to be taken down for featuring such a twist, then all of those entries are violations of the spoiler policy. Needless to say, given how popular the series is and how many entries it has on so many pages, a small-scale cleanup effort may be needed to spoiler-mark all those entries.
One of these days, all of you will accept me as your supreme overlord.
