Old Magnificent Bastard thread

Welcome to the Magnificent Bastard proposal thread! This is the thread where new Magnificent Bastard examples are vetted, approved, and written up. If you're looking for the general cleanup thread (for cuts, rewrites, expansions, and the like), please go here

Important: Before suggesting any new examples, please read the Frequently Asked Questions and Common Requests List; if you have any questions, the odds are high they are answered there. Additionally, please check here for the earliest date a work can be discussed (usually two weeks from the U.S. release date) and whether the work has already been reserved by another user.

Here is how the process works:

    Process

  1. If you have a candidate to propose, you can simply come right in and propose them! If the character's run is brief, such as a single issue of a comic book, then a simple summary of their actions and any potential mitigating features will be enough; for longer-running candidates, an effortpost (EP) might be helpful for organizing the proposal. An EP is not outright required, but please be mindful that if a post becomes too clunky and unorganized, it can be very hard for other people to follow.

  2. After the proposal, there will be a 72-hour discussion and voting period, where people may ask questions and vote on the candidate. The number of upvotes must outnumber the downvotes by at least five for the character to be considered "approved".

  3. Three days after the proposal has been made, if the character has been approved, you may post the writeup (the text to be posted on the trope page itself) on the thread and send it to the drafts page. Your candidate will soon be added to the MB subpage. If the work has a page, you should add your candidate to the relevant YMMV page. Voila! It's that simple!

Outside of this process, we do have a few ground rules:

    Ground Rules

  1. To keep the thread moving at a reasonable pace, there are some restrictions on when a proposal can be made. There should only be a maximum of four EPs posted both per page and per hour to ensure that nothing gets lost in the shuffle; additionally, each individual troper should only be proposing or writing up characters from a maximum of three works at a time (from initial proposals to end of their voting period). If your proposal would fall outside of either of these guidelines, we'd like to ask you to please wait until they would fit within; feel free to type them up on an outside document, and then when the time comes, you can just copy, paste, and post!

  2. No plagiarism of any kind. This is a very serious matter site-wide, as the website could get in actual legal trouble over this; as a result, this can very quickly lead to mod intervention. This can take many different forms:
    1. Direct plagiarism, i.e. wholesale copying. This is not only the easiest to find, but is also the most likely to warrant quick moderator intervention. To be clear, quoting in some places is perfectly acceptable, but it has to be very clear you're quoting from something else and it cannot be anything longer than a sentence or two - if you're quoting an entire work summary from Wikipedia, no one is going to believe you've actually consumed the work, so even if you cite your source, your candidate will be downvoted anyway.
    2. Self-plagiarism. Even if you can prove that you wrote the same text in both places, the site itself can't contain any of the duplicated text. If you already wrote something once before, it's not too hard to write it a second time.
    3. Using another site's work as a template for a proposal. Just because you don't copy and paste something directly doesn't mean it's any harder to detect if you're basing parts or all of your proposal on text someone else wrote. To be clear, this doesn't violate site rules and won't lead to mod intervention, but just like if you directly plagiarize, no one will believe you've consumed the work if you're clearly basing your proposal on something else. This thread largely operates on the honor system, and tweaking someone else's work to pass it off as your own is one of the fastest ways to lose trust.

  3. Don't delete an EP unless you intend to swiftly repost it. We know that there are reasons why you might want to delete an EP, especially if it's being downvoted - rejection is hard, even in a low-stakes environment like this. However, deleting it renders the current discussion null and void, makes it impossible to reference the discussion in the future and can confuse tropers who didn't read it before the deletion. If the issue is temporary (such as formatting problems or a post getting overlooked as the thread moves on), then deleting and quickly reposting the EP is a valid option, but to fully retract an EP, please use the [[strike:]] markup instead.

  4. Votes must be for specific candidates, meaning no blanket voting (i.e. "yes to everyone I missed").

  5. If you are the first person to downvote a candidate, please provide an explanation of why when you do so. We're here for discussions above all, and a hit-and-run downvote doesn't facilitate anything.

  6. If a work is already reserved by another user, please don't comment on the work or any potential characters worth discussion before the discussion date. We know how exciting it is when a work has a keeper that you're waiting to talk about, but it's not fair to the person who reserved the work who is just as excited to lead the discussion to see the discussion getting spoiled before they get to do it. On the other hand, if the reservation only has one name attached, shoot them a PM - they may be down for a collaboration, which will get you in on the fun as well!

  7. Please keep the thread on-topic. While discussing the trope is fun and we encourage people to enjoy it, questions like "who's your favorite MB" are off-topic and can lead to thumps. That's the kind of question to take to people's PMs if they're willing. Similarly, while we encourage friendliness and familiarity with other users, posts should always have some kind of thread-relevant purpose; for instance, if you want to wish someone a happy birthday, feel free to, but if it's the only thing in the post, it's off-topic and needs something else alongside it. Again, though, while we strive for a friendly atmosphere, this is not Facebook; life updates are fun, but unless they have some kind of impact on your thread participation, please do not bring it here - we have Yack Fest for that.

  8. Please refrain from asking anything along the lines of "How Did We Miss This One?" In almost every case, the answer is simply "No one thought about it before". This Is a Wiki where everyone has different interests, and the fact that people missed a particular candidate, even one that seems like a textbook example of a trope or a character who is particularly iconic in pop culture, means absolutely nothing. The question is disruptive, has a simple and consistent answer, and provides nothing to any discussion.

  9. If you are suspended from other parts of the website, it is still possible to participate!
    1. For users who are suspended from editing the wiki, you still have full access to this thread. You can propose candidates and write them up with no issues whatsoever; while you will have to ask someone else to post the entry to the relevant pages once it is done, all write-ups are considered thread-approved - as in, done by consensus - and thus doing so does not violate any rules regarding meatpuppeting.
    2. If you are suspended from the forums, your participation is limited but not impossible. It is still possible for a forum-suspended user to assist in creating the write-up for a character who has already been approved; as previously mentioned, write-ups are inherently considered a consensus-based edit and thus not tied to any one particular user. However, you can not assist in the proposal of a character; as a proposal is based around the forum rather than the wiki, doing so with a forum suspension qualifies as meatpuppeting.

  10. Please keep all discussions "in-house".
    1. What other wikis use for MB equivalents is irrelevant here.
    2. Please be wary of using other wikis, Fandom or otherwise, as sources of information. They are just as fallible as a site like Wikipedia in regards to accuracy because they can be edited by any user, just as this site can.
    3. Do not attempt to force a communication with an author in an attempt to gather evidence or settle a debate; besides the fact that this is a YMMV trope and thus author intent has variable weight depending on the circumstance, doing so may cross the line into drama exportation, which is prohibited site-wide.

If you would like to use an EP for your candidate, here's the general format. This format does not have to be followed exactly, but these are the main topics that need to be covered:

    Effortpost Template

What is the work?

This is a brief summary of the work you're going to discuss. We don't need a full plot summary here, just however much we need to understand going into the discussion — it can even be as simple as quoting the summary on the work's page.

Who is the candidate and what have they done?

This is essentially the character's biography — who they are, their story, their goals and methodology, and, preferably (though not required), what happens to the candidate at the end. It does not have to include every single thing they ever do — for some characters, we'd be here all day if that was the case — but it should include the highlights of their journey.

How are they Magnificent?

This is the point where you highlight the character's brilliance. How to they convey their intelligence and charm to the audience? What makes them stand out among the crowd? What are their goals and how do they go about accomplishing them? This part welcomes a lot of creative thinking — not everyone has to be a Machiavellian Diabolical Mastermind to be worth considering here! This is also the time to showcase how the character can think on their feet if it's necessary.

How are they a Bastard? How are they not too bad?

What kinds of moral lines is this character willing to cross for the sake of their goal? Are they willing to let innocents die? Start wars? Commit crimes? The character has to show some kind of unscrupulousness in order to count as a "Bastard". Notably, this character does not necessarily have to be the villain, and an Anti-Hero can cross the line if they're immoral enough, but they have to be immoral somehow.

This is also the section where you then state your case for why they're not too bad. Perhaps their good intentions help mitigate their crimes. Perhaps others are shown to be much worse than them. Perhaps they're prone to Pet the Dog moments or are even fighting on behalf of loved ones. Whatever the case, there are certain lines that an MB can't cross, but as long as their villainy is reasonable for their goal, they can be considered.

Final verdict?

This is where you post your final conclusion on the character in question. You can continue elaborating on your reasons or even just say a simple "yes" or "no"; at this point, we've heard everything we need to hear.

And that's everything you need to know. Welcome to the thread!

Abstain on Metroman. I don't think his final fate is super dignified, he doesn't really seem to have that much talent as a musician and his disguise is absolutely Paper Thin, which seems to rely on people being morons. But his plan is undeniably cunning, and I cannot deny his charm or having just enough bastardry with the selfishness of the whole thing.

You can only write so much in your forum signature. It's not fair that I want to write a piece of writing yet it will cut me off in the mid

Gonna be a no for Metroman. Charisma and Bastardness isn't an issue for me. It's just that he's not doing anything apart from faking his death? There's no line about how he'd knew that Tighten would become a thing or anything so I can't pull out the Trickster Mentor card.

I mean, yeah sure, but the staged death was pretty well crafted, with him first faking a weakness to copper and then throwing a skeleton decoy at Megamind for all of the audience to see, and it was a plan that he seemed to come up with on the fly so it does show some quick thinking capabilities.

And to address undignified final fate argument, yeah that's fair. Though I feel the fact that he also wanted Megamind to become Metro City's new hero after he retired does tone down the lameness of his lack of music talent, plus the fact that characters like Megamind have moments that are far more undignified than Metro Man's also helps I feel. As for the disguise, eh, I think it's decent enough, he's dawning an entirely different attire as well as facial hair, so I wouldn't call everyone an idiot for not seeing through the disguise, plus they were all paying attention to Megamind, so it's unlikely any of them were really paying him any mind due to just seeming like a random guy in the crowd.

Again, all of these concerns are fair, I am more just throwing my own hat into the ring and explaining why I don't personally think they're too big of a deal.

[tup] on Metro Man

Also this is an offside thought honestly, but would this quote from Super Mario Bros. Wonder's Bowser qualify?

"Gwahaha... Ahem. Thank you all for coming... SORRY FOR THE WAIT! Are you ready to lose yourself in the sweet beat?! This finale will make the entire universe my captive audience! BOWSER'S RAGE STAGE! HIT IT! Gwahahaha!"

That being said, I have no source.

Yes to Merto Man.

Here are my write-ups:

  • Star Trek 2022: Barada Damar is the nephew of Legate Damar and the first speaker in the new post-Dominion Cardassian government. After Cardassia is attacked by the Red Path, a bloodthirsty cult led by the mad Klingon Emperor, Kahless II, Damar invites Captain Sisko down to Cardassia to discuss the matter. However, Damar has seemingly led Sisko into a trap and is putting him on trial for the 800 million Cardassians who were killed by the Dominion during the war. With the entire crowd at the trial testifying against him, Sikso assumes Damar will kill him. However, Damar's men turn their guns on the crowd and kill them all, with Damar wanting to have all the supporters of the old military regime killed to create a new Cardassia.
  • The Riddler: Secrets in the Dark: The Riddler is a clever psychopath who hates normal people and loves the twisted freaks of Gotham. Riddler as a young man arranges to have the father of the yard bully kill himself after his insider trading is revealed and has two businessmen who screwed him over killed in a seeming accident. After Riddler is targeted by a deranged Serial Killer named Azrael, who is killing the various supervillains of Gotham City, Riddler deduces Azrael's pattern. After Batman betrays Riddler and attempts to have him sent back to Arkham Asylum, Riddler manipulates the two guards taking him back to Arkham and escapes. Later, Riddler confronts Azrael in Arkham and manages to manipulate him into committing suicide.

What's the Work?

The Legend of Tian-ding, a Taiwanese Metroidvania / Beat 'em Up hybrid where you play as a Just Like Robin Hood Gentleman Thief based off a real-life historical icon.

I got the game's Big Bad, General Shimada, approved as a CM recently, but anyway here's a shot for MB.

The Gentleman Thief and player character Liao Tian-ding is on the trail of three MacGuffin amulets Big Bad Shimada is after, infiltrating a posh brothel called the Jiangyue-lou Restaurant (Disguised in Drag) to steal one of the three amulets from a member of the collaborators. However, a Battle Couple of thieves are in the brothel too, having their eyes on the same amulet.

Shortly after Tian-ding obtains said amulet though, he faces off against the Battle Couple's first half, but it's the other half that's worth a mention. The fellow Master Thief, Chen Liang-Jiou.

Who is Chen Liang-Jiou?

Obtaining the amulet, Tian-ding faces the Jiangyue-lou stage's boss, the kunoichi Kawashima Kaguya... only for Kawashima's lover and partner-in-crime, Chen Liang-jiou, to appear moments later, extracting Kawashima in front of Tian-ding. Tian-ding pursues Chen in a Roofhopping chase across the city, but lose Chen subsequently.

Chen reappears at the end of a later Locomotive Level - both thieves have a brief altercation, and Chen stole the amulet from Tian-ding (by snatching it with his spear - the spear equivalent of Sword Limbo) before using his internal chi to derail said train, in an attempt to distract Tian-ding. As Tian-ding performs some insane sash-fu to save everyone, Chen takes leave with the amulet.

Tian-ding eventually catches up with Chen after a chase across the wilderness, to the next boss fight; as a boss Chen is a Combat Pragmatist who uses his spear to rip open the arena's floorboards, revealing spikes, and repeatedly tries pushing Tian-ding on them besides being a skilled combatant whose chi allows him Playing with Fire abilities... cue an intense thief-vs-thief duel, which Tian-ding wins all the same.

After the battle? Tian-ding calls Chen a "traitor" for working with Shimada, only for Chen to reveal he, like Kawashima, is a Double Reverse Quadruple Agent loyal neither to the Japanese or Taiwanese... they intend to steal the amulet to prevent anyone from accessing their powers, but since Tian-ding won the fight fairly, Chen surrenders the Macguffin and tells Tian-ding to make sure it never falls into the wrong hands.

Just then, Shimada pops up trying to ambush both men - Chen, proving himself to be on the side of good, does a Taking the Bullet to save Tian-ding, allowing the latter to escape. And dies a hero.

How Magnificient is Chen?

A skilled fighter with a Red Baron title called "The Iron Mountain", a master thief on par with the titular protagonist, a Combat Pragmatist, but ultimately a character on the side of good. With a hot kunoichi as his lover, but that's besides the point.

How much of a Bastard?

He's willing to derail a train full of civilians to distract the hero and ambush Tian-ding prior to the boss battle. But not too much - he surrenders the amulet after his defeat and proves he's one of the good guys with his sacrifice.

Should we count Chen Liang-jiou then?

Not bad for a one-shot boss [tup]

The titular hero could be this trope, except he's a little too much of a Nice Guy to be called a "bastard". Honestly I'm on the fence whether LTD is a candidate (might re-analyze Liao at some point, maybe - or someone else wants to give him a shot?) but Chen with fewer screentime is a more straightforward keep.

What is the work? The work is Digital Fortress, a thriller by Dan Brown about a small group within the NSA dealing with an encryption program of the same name, which, if rumours are to be believed, is unbreakable, thereby rendering their massive encryption cracking supercomputer TRANSLTR obsolete.

Who is the candidate and what have they done? Ensei Tankado was born after the event so of Hiroshima, with his hands deformed, an abnormally weak heart, and his mother dying after he was born. His father, due to the cultural idea of honour in Japan, left him as an orphan. Because of this, he grew up with a hatred for America. A program for easy to use keyboards for the physically disabled enrolled him, where he quickly caught on to programming and developed a passion for computers that would last the rest of his life. After becoming a Buddhist, letting go of his hatred of America in the process, and developing a cult following in the programming underground, he was scouted by the National Security Agency, where he became a reclusive, yet brilliant cryptographer for the agency. There he helped create the finest code breaking computer in the world, TRANSLTR, under the belief that its code cracking might would be regulated by court order. When he was betrayed by the NSA eschewing the court orders shortly after TRANSLTR’s finalisation, he attempted to whistleblow so the whole operation could not be used so haphazardly, which merited him a disinformation campaign that forever ruined his reputation. He then devised a plan that would take advantage of the people running the NSA in order to force an ultimatum upon them; either reveal TRANSLTR to the world, or watch it be destroyed and have all the government’s information exposed to the world. Strathmore would then assassinate him with a compound that induces heart attacks, under the belief that Tankado would have the passcode for Digital Fortress on his person, when it was in reality a number inside his head.

How are they Magnificent? Tankado believed that the NSA should not have unmitigated power over information, and when his attempts to stop this were thwarted twice, he devised an ingenious plan to do so. He created an online alias using nigh untraceable proxy services called North Dakota, whose address was abbreviated to NDAKOTA, a clever acronym of his own name, in order to bounce information about his progress on an ‘unbreakable program’,Digital Fortress, to his ‘associate’. He would then threaten to sell this program for the highest bidder unless the NSA acquiesced to his demands and revealed the truth about TRANSLTR, with the added threat that if anything happened to him, his ‘partner’ NDAKOTA would release the passcode onto the internet, granting anyone with internet access an unbreakable encryption program. Strathmore, acting director of the NSA, who Tankado knew would be following his emails with NDAKOTA, would know that the threat was credible and thus start a decryption of Digital Fortress in secret, which, due to Digital Fortress being encrypted BY Digital Fortress, a concept called Bigglemans Safe, would only further Digital Fortress’s credibility in Strathmore and the NSA’s eyes. This, however, was Tankados REAL plan. Digital Fortress was only encoded with a basic encryption program, with the REAL Digital Fortress being a Worm Virus that would catch Digital Fortress in an infinite loop, making it appear to be an unbreakable code on the surface. Meanwhile, the virus would cause TRANSLTR to overheat, risking its destruction, while it would work to destroy the safeguards protecting the government’s database, only ceasing its progress if the NSA admitted they had TRANSLTR, wherein Ensei Tankado would reveal the passcode to stop the Worm was the simple number 3, hinted to by several ciphers and questions the Worm would shed as trash coding that the NSA would be desperate to solve. Even AFTER he’s dead, Ensei’s plan still goes off with nary a hitch, destroying TRANSLTR and nearly destroying the safeguards protecting the classified information of the government, were it not for David’s quick thinking about the questions the Worm presented and Ensei’s last message, him holding up his three malformed fingers, thus protecting the public from TRANSLTR’s might and hoodwinking the heads of the NSA in the process.

How are they a Bastard? How are they not too bad? In order to destroy TRANSLTR, he had to threaten blowing up TRANSLTR by overheating it, which could’ve resulted in the deaths of everyone in the department that TRANSLTR was being housed in. Not only this, he was willing to threaten the entire US government with all their secrets, from nuclear launch codes to the identities of secret operatives, being put into the hands of the public by an ironic twist.

As aforementioned, Tankados sole intention was to force the NSA into restricting TRANSLTR’s power in some way, shape, or form, either by destroying it or announcing it’s existence to the public. This was to protect the privacy of people across the globe and prevent the government of America from having complete oversight over the entire world’s information. He was so devoted to this ideal that he even had a ring engraved with a quote from Juvenile’s Satires that best represented his ideal, “who guards the guards?” He also never intended for the secrets of the government to go public, he assumed that he would be sitting in a bar in Seville, waiting for the annoucement to go off before ringing up Strathmore and telling him the simple, yet brilliant passcode, and upon realising that he wouldn’t be able to thanks to Strathmore’s machinations, he spent his dying message to tell the NSA the passcode before it was too late.

Final verdict? In the end, Ensei Tankado was a genius who was able to let go of his prejudices towards America and work towards the greater good, whether for the law or against it, capable of making tough choices, crossing lines, and standing up to juggernauts like the NSA In order to protect the freedom and privacy of the entire world. That is why he’s a Magnificent Bastard.

I still don't really understand how Metro Man is enough of a bastard. The fake death sounds a little like Pragmatic Heroism.

"Even moreso, his actions were also the thing that caused Tighten to become a reality, who put a threat to the entirety of Metro City,"

Ok..this is a little TOO indirect, Metro Man had no way of knowing about Tighten, as for Megamind, he knows Megamind wasn't all that bad and would have given up before doing anything too bad

Small one I've been thinking about doing,

What is the work?

Sort The Court is a Web Game was developed by Graeme Borland through Unity WebGL and released for Kongregate on July 8th, 2017. It is also available for downloading on Game Jolt and itch.io.

Good news! You've become the king or queen of a modest yet promising village and must now lead them to prosperity and greatness... or tax them heavily and feed them to monsters, it's kinda up to the player. Sort The Court is a simple yet addictive mix of role playing, resource management and interactive fiction. All actions taken by the NP Cs boil down to simple yes or no questions which impact and affect the ongoing story. Players must choose their responses carefully while managing their treasury, populace and overall happiness lest they run into trouble that will negatively impact the town and drive people away.

Who is Georgie?

Georgie is a charming demon who offers various deals to the player, usually taking away souls or happiness in exchange for gold. Should the player accept their deals, Georgie will offer them one last deal- a once-in-a-lifetime ritual that takes away one hundred souls in exchange for a massive amount of gold, telling the player to “enjoy their riches. bub!” before leaving. If the player rejects his deals, he’ll show up in a paper-thin angel disguise, pretending to be an angel that’ll take gold in exchange for happiness. Should the player accept this, he’ll actually make the trade, saying that “Hey, I just like making deals!” But should the player reject this, he’ll say “Dangit! What’s a guy gotta do to get a DEAL around here?!”

Magnificent?

Surprisingly, yeah. The thing that makes Georgie so charming is that he’s ALWAYS upfront and honest with his deals. He never hides behind vagueness like some of the other NP Cs, and he’s a good sport; for example, Georgie can offer the player to flip a coin “heads, I give you a buncha gold. Tails, I take a bunch of yer people’s souls.” If it gets heads, he’ll just say “Haha, yeh got me! It’s heads, enjoy your gold.”

And if the player accepts his deals, he’ll sometimes swing by and give the player a small gift of gold, saying “You’ve been a real great sport, so I wanted to give you this. No strings attached. Really.”

The whole “angel” disguise sounds humiliating, but I think he regains his magnificence by actually doing the deal; he’s not trying to trick you into a bad or evil deal, moreso he’s trying something different since clearly you’re not being receptive to him. The only time he loses his temper is when you reject him even when he tries this, and I think he’s well within his right to be a little irritated.

Bastard?

Yeah, this guy is still a demon, and he’s there to take your people’s souls. But he never forces you to do so; unlike some monster NP Cs like the dragon who say “Give me gold or I’ll eat your townspeople!” Georgie says “If you let me have your townspeople, I’ll give you gold.” And he’s 100% into it unlike Chester who was cursed to eat people, and only trades gold to do it out of necessity.

Final verdict? For a lighthearted, simple flash game? I think there’s enough here. [tup]

Alrighty so, here's the Dream SMP writeups everyone!

  • DreamSMP:
    • Quackity manages to subvert his Butt-Monkey status post Manberg vs. Pogtopia. Once the The Dragon to Jschlatt whom he helped win the presidential election, Quackity would end up double crossing his boss after a long string of mistreatment and abuse, before joining up with Pogtopia in order to help take down the maniacal dictator. Becoming enraged at Technoblade for pulling a last minute betrayal and bombing L'Manberg, Quackity establishes the Butcher Gang alongside his fellow L'Manberg citizens in order to hunt down and kill him. With him almost succeeding in such thinks to pulling a fast one on the warrior by holding his prized horse Carl for ransom. Having lost his inital battle with the warrior, Quackity, now scarred, begins building up a new country known as "Las Nevadas", electing himself as ruler. Looking to find worthy allies to assist him in the process, Quackity begins to implore sleazy tactics in order to get what he wants, whether it's blowing up Purpled's prized UFO, or allowing Foolish to be sacrificed and killed in the Red Banquet, all for the sake of proving a point. Showing himself to be a formiddable foe through and through, Quackity proves again and again that no matter the obstacles or setbacks, he will rise up against the odds and get what he wants.
    • Technoblade is the ruthless anarchist with a strong belief that power corrupts. Joining Pogtopia under the pretense of being able to take down L'Manberg, Technoblade quickly proves himself to be a powerful ally, supplying the rebellion with gear that gives them a significant leg up in battle. Upon learning that Pogtopia had no intention of destroying L'Manberg, but rather keeping the system going, Technoblade rebels against them, using TNT and Withers to leave L'Manberg in ruin. Going into hiding post battle, Technoblade attempts to settle down, moving past his anarchist ways to live a life of peace and tranquility, only to be thrust right back into the conflict when the Butcher Gang, lead by Quackity, comes in and attempts to give Technoblade retribution for his crimes. Enraged by this act and viewing it as a great injustice, Technoblade prepares a full-on attack on L'Manberg, using countless Withers that he had kept contained for months in case of an event such as this occuring. Teaming up With Dream and Philza, the three of them lay waste to L'Manberg, reducing it to a point that puts the country's intial destruction to shame. Establishing the Syndicate following this event, Technoblade has since dedicated his time to making sure no forms of government could ever rise to power again. Powerful, ruthless, and always managing to succeed in his goals, Technoblade proves that he can easily be your greatest ally, as well as your worst enemy.

Just a bit of reminder, Fire Emblem: Three Houses just got a whole slew of character-specific pages, updating entries as needed.

Eh, good enough.
