I hope this gets into a KH game so I can take a keyblade to his face.

You’re Gonna Carry That Weight.I see they went a bit of Ink-Suit Actor with Magnifico, particularly the eyes.
Strange World and Lightyear were disastrous to the company in terms of box office, but I don't think they are that desperate. Encanto was an enormous hit on streaming a few years ago anf Elemental, despite its terrible opening, has had great reception from the public and very stable legs.
I'm tentatively optimistic for this.
So far, it comes off as someone going down some kind of "Disney Princess Movie Checklist," and it looks like Disney trying hard to present its formula again and show people it's the same as it was. Even the name comes off as kind of generic, back to basics Disney. I need trailers that show off what makes Wish, in itself, a distinct and interesting film.
Though to be fair, Princess and the Frog's early marketing gave off the same vibe (it's even also a movie about wishes, since that's a classic Disney thing), and the actual film ended up being a lot more than its early vibes made it out to be. But on the other hand, that said you can see a bit of trying to fit the mold fraying in the finished story of PATF even so.
I have a suspicion that the movie might have been originally planned to just have the typical Disney CG movie look and the decision to give it a more stylized look happened while production had already started.
That could explain why the cel-shading looks a bit sloppily integrated. Maybe it will end up looking a lot better in future trailers, when more work has been done on it?
I’ve got some bad news, Wish may be getting delayed this year.
Aw, I was really looking forward to seeing it. :( That’s one of the rare times I’m excited about something in November. Unless I was living either in Florida or South Africa.

IDK what you mean by "doesn't deserve"; the only ones who need it to come out in time for the 100th anniversary are the execs, and if the choice is between them and the actual creatives, the creatives should be the ones who get what they need 100% of the time.

Alan Tudyk's Disney roles are...
He's made a rather memetic video on the internet of him making the various noises for Moana and then announcing "I went to Juliard" to the camera.
