As of now there isn't such a place. The issue with asking for it in the forums is that it's quite unlikely that a person familiar with a work will see such a thread.
Granted, I think it's a problem if we have threads for helping people clean up pages, but not threads for helping people expand them.

I've just learned that the subpages for different mediums aren't for trope collecting for new pages. However, I don't know which part of the forum is actually used for such discussions. I'm new in using forums, so I could get some help about that.
