Here, you give a trope, and the next troper makes up an example wholesale from a media work they made up on the spot.
Both prompts and responses should follow relevant wiki rules — exactly one trope per prompt/no tropeslashing, Playing With only applies to tropes (not Trivia or YMMV), and responses need to make sense without having seen the work (because the work doesn't exist), and so forth.
For example:
Tiny Tyrannical Girl
In LightNovel. The Huge Universe Ruled By A Tiny Girl, the Big Bad of the movie is Alice, a dwarf woman who can make everyone submit to her by threatening their life.
I'll give an example:
"The J9 Unit is one to 80's and 90's science fiction and Cyberpunk of the era."

In Solaris Age, the effects of Gem reproduction in Steven Universe are explored in great detail. It's explained that rather than draining nutrients from the soil, they drain the essence of life itself, which has a similar effect in rendering the Kindergarten lifeless. One chapter revolves around a Galactor plot to study the technology to create a weapon.
Sympathetic Villain, Despicable Villain
Edited by Solaris2022 on Apr 9th 2025 at 10:39:10 AM
The main villains of Beast Tribes Of Midgard are the white ermine Eira Eisenherz and her master, Velgr the Lich, who seek a way to reach Asgard, kill the gods and take their place. Eira spends most of the game under Velgr’s control, but we do often see her doubting herself and whether she’s doing what’s right; there are even flashback vignettes scattered throughout the latter half of the game in which she tries to fight off Velgr, but to no avail.
In the Burning Shadows DLC, a reformed Eira can be recruited to your team.

In Dave, Dave's plagiarism-tastic "novel" has every woman with an Impossible Hourglass Figure, DD-boobs, and an ass you could bounce coins off of, plus the morals of an alley cat. Dave bluntly refuses to change anything because "I like it and it's my story," which is one of many reasons why no publishing house will touch it.
Trapped in Another World (bonus points for doing something besides "modern person in a fantasy setting;" ex. a wizard in a hard sci-fi or a Space Marine in a High Fantasy).

Now everyone pat me on the back and tell me how clever I am!In I Went From A World Of Magic To One Of Science, wizard apprentice Sara Seabank accidentally cast a spell that sends her from her Fantasy world of Baile into the Kinga Galaxy. Her skills, though limited in her home realm, make her a powerful fighter in the more scientific setting she finds herself in.
Decoy Leader
- Solaris Era: The main leader of Galactor's Mobius branch is Plankton. However, he uses Karen as a public leader, in order to keep himself hidden.
In the fantasy novel Grandeur of Crowns, the ash-blighted realm of Veyruhn is ruled by the feared Shrouded Sovereign, who makes orders from the Hollow Throne—but the figure seen by the people is only a decoy, a soul-bound vessel clad in enchanted armor. The true ruler, Virel the Pale Ember, shed her mortal form long ago to escape the corrupting Outer Flame (an eldritch god of fire, madness, size, fear, hatred and impulse), now issuing commands through dream-runes and cursed birds from beneath the Sunken Palace, her family's ancestral abode. Each decoy is mindwiped and trained to act the part, sustained by dark pacts and watched over by blind seers who guard the secret. None suspect the truth—except for one vessel, who has begun to remember.
Satanic Archetype
Varian Tales has Shadra, Goddess of Night and Shadow, Paragon of wolves, bats, and the humans who commune with the night to transform into each. Originally a Martyr of Islindor, Shadra eventually ascended to godhood herself, corrupted by bloodlust and a selfish desire to overthrow Islindor. Shadra takes particular enjoyment in masquerading as Islindor in order to lead her followers to the side of darkness; in the Islindor's Martyr DLC expansion, the player — now a Martyr of Islindor after helping her seal off Titanhold in the base game — has a chance of being lured into Shadra's trap themselves.

Being a fantasy retelling of the American Revolution, in Literature/ The Freedom Chronicles, this quote is actually a Death-Curse placed on the Brittish Empire by Patrick Henry. Similarly to The Dresden Files, a wizard can put every erg of his Mana and life-force into a retributive mega-spell when his life is in inescapable peril. The effect is to basically ensure the Empire's shattering into a Vestigial Empire with pockets of culture left around the world 200 years early, while America takes over the world instead.
Hive Caste System
- Video Game/ Bug Stompers: owing to their status as a Xenomorph Xerox with attendant insectile childhood and Bizarre Alien Reproduction, The bugs (scientific name Abominis Pluripotens; "Many-Talented Horror") have several castes:
- Virobacteria (Abominis Microscopa; "Microscopic Horror") is the spores the Bugs distribute and is the building-block of their "weaponized ecosystem." Grows into Meat Moss and rapidly breaks down corpses while genetically reprogramming other organisms.
- Wallwombs (Abominis Genetora; "Mother of Horrors") are small, simple organisms that feed on the Bug's Meat Moss to grow a number of Infestors. They can be researched for Decoy Pheremones that make your troops harder to detect.
- Infestors (Abominis Impregnatus; Impregnating Horror) exist to impregnate humans with Larvae. These can be researched for Sedatives, which automatically reduces Stress buildup when the "Heal" option is used.
- Larvae (Abominis Puello; "Child of Horror") violently exit someone who was impregnated by an Infestor, and then slither off to hide.
- Instar (Abominis Terratus, "Monstrous Horror") are the basic warrior of the Bug Hive, who are near-mindlessly destructive towards outsiders. They can develop into more specialized Worker Drones and Guardians after they've eaten enough to fuel their transformation. Their acidic blood makes them difficult to study, but it gives Acid Resistant Armor and Caustic Munitions once you do.
- Predators (Abominis Canus, "Horrible Dog), Instars grown inside a dog. They're faster, dumber, and (somehow) more vicious than regular Instars.
- Raptors (Abominis Avian, "Flying Horror"), an Instar grown inside a flying creature (Introduced in the sequel, Endangered Speces). They possess wings that let them fly, somewhat.
- Worker Drones (Abominis Menialis; "Slave of Horrors") work to build the Hive proper, producing a kind of rubbery, waxy, nutrient-rich "scaffolding" for the Bug's biofilm to grow on. They can "spit" this substance in a semi-liquid state to glue down invaders or escapees, as well as move and place Wallwombs. Researching them grants Solvent, which allows soldiers to dissolve impedements made of the substance.
- Guardians (Abominis Sapiens, "Thinking Horror") are the actually sapient Adult form of Bugs. They are able to produce bionic enhancements and weaponry from resources. They can't be studied directly, but their products can be captured and adapted for human use.
- Infected (Homo Abominis Reinfeildii, "Willing Human Servant to Horror") are humans under prolonged exposure to the Bug virobacteria who haven't been infested. They've taken on enough Bug characteristics for the Hive to consider them one of its own. They are able to disgorge Infestors if female, or produce the Guardian's bionics and biomechanical weaponry if male.
- Princes (Abominis Regent, "Lord of Horror") are the instar between Guardians, Predators, and Raptors (Haploid), and Queens (Diploid). They're stronger, smarter, and more vicious than their earlier incarnation, and exist to add more genetic diversity to the Queen's repetoire, allowing the Wallwombs she produces to grow specialized Infestors that add a bit more DNA to their subsequent offspring.
- Hybrid (Abominis Facere; "Facet of Horror") are Instars incorporating DNA from other transgenetic strains, such as Winged Predators and Cunning Predators, and the rare Royal Guardians; Predator/Drone hybrids that attend and protect the Queen. Hybrids are one of three kinds of Bug that doesn't exhibit further development to prevent the Bug's kleptogenetic abilities from breeding themselves into a dead-end.
- Hive Queen (Abominis Regina, "Queen of Horror") produce Wallwombs to begin an infestation. She's the largest and smartest out of all of them, and directs the others of the hive.

Now everyone pat me on the back and tell me how clever I am!Artificial Wonderland features the Solita, a race of Insectoid Aliens based around the Queen of Hearts and her card soldiers and bent on taking over the earth to build and spread their hive.
- The Red Queen, true to her name, is a bloated, Cronenbergian insectoid abomination who oversees the hive and devours those who do not obey her will. Unlike your average suit of cards, there is no king to be seen.
- The warrior class are known as Jacks; they are agile and fairly intelligent winged fighters born to defend the hive and engage in more advanced combat.
- Aces are drones, wingless and simple-minded, who exist only to kill off humans with their stingers and drag them back to be converted to food and hive building material.
- Jokers are small and resemble jesters, with corrosive spit. It is yet unknown what the purpose of a Joker is.

In Sarah Muhnik: Galaxian Raider, it is very easy to unlock the true ending where Sarah defeats The Nyx, helps restore Planet KV-12's society, and becomes a member of the Lunar Order by simply defeating the Final Boss. However, there is an alternate ending to the game that can be unlocked. To do so, Sarah would have to succeed in convincing Cilantro to stay with her party despite his protests, then find Kiliko somewhere in Club Carnis and choose the right combination of dialogue to have him permanently join the party too. Oh, and she would also have to make sure her ancestor's severed hand stays in her inventory, which means she'd have to avoid Shifter for the entire second half of the game. These three specific things trigger the alternate ending where The Nyx straight-up kills Sarah and her party is left to die on Planet KV-12. It is heavily implied that in this ending, The Nyx becomes so powerful he destroys the Lunar Order with no chance of it ever being restored.

Travolta's team in Pokemon Revenge Of Cipher is meant to mirror the player's, having access to Vaporeon and Flareon, much like the player has Glaceon and Leafeon, and his other Pokémon tend to be related to Shadow Pokémon the player can catch (ie, Gardevoir for Gallade).

Your Surreal Stories: Shortly after Pyrah — the comic's second Robot Girl from outer space — lands onto Earth and into Easton City, one of the first things she does is set a colony of nearby alien fairies on fire. This seems to only serve in establishing her as Julie's Foil. Julie was manufactured as a Killer Robot but ended up being more loving and empathetic, which lead to her leaving her original planet for Earth; Pyrah, though, started off as a Robot Maid before becoming so choleric and brutal that she had to be exiled.

Amusing Injuries For every low there is a high.
- A common occurrence on Asiaballs. India often gets the most out of this, followed by China, Japan, and the Philippines.
Gallows Humor
- In Asiaballs, in an episode, while struggling to pull her team, who's basically Southeast Asia, out of China's trap, Malaysia gets exhausted and says "You're gonna need God now. I'm too tired to continue..." to which Vietnam replies "Don't leave us hanging there."

WHO PUT A DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE ON THE ROAD!?Tales From Neo City: Hachi often defaults to this type of humor. Seeing as he often frequents the city’s underground fight club, he often returns home covered in various injuries, which he refers to proudly as his “trophy collection”. This doesn’t seem to be the case with verbal insults, though; when Strelka calls him a “hackie” (a derogatory term for digital beings who have hacked into their own code in order to change their gender), Hachi doesn’t hesitate to go for the throat.

Our Ghosts Are Different
- Pokemon Mystery Dungeon World: Ghost types can be created from dead Pokemon (and humans), but can also be born naturally. Shadow the Hisuian Zoroark was once a living Zoroark, but his children were born as Hisuian Zorua.
The Pokémon fan comic Spook City has Ghost-types who were fully alive to begin with, but it also has "Phantoms", who are the spirits of Pokemon who died. They take the form of Bedsheet Ghosts with arms and their original faces. One of the Phantoms, Jack, is a Sensu Oriocorio, effectively making him a ghost of a Ghost. Only the protagonist, a Houndour named Eloise, can see them for some reason even she doesn't know.
