This OP was written by Acebrock who gave others permission to launch this thread with their OP.
This should be a very quick and straightforward thread. The problem here is that Planet of Dunce Caps was split from Planet of Hats well before there were enough examples for a healthy trope, and it has languished in obscurity and starvation since. As of this writing it only has 13 wicks to it, including the TRS Queue wick. That is well into starvation range.
My proposal for it is simple: merge it back into Planet of Hats, as it's obvious it's not going to be able to stand on its own.
