Abstaining so far as I don't know enough, but this can go either way. The ASMR genre has a lot of fetish material (although it's not inherently fetishistic or even NSFW), and we've cut Moshi ASMR on those grounds. It can also be surprisingly plot-heavy, though, and if it's true that this features "extensive world-building and character development", it might be keepable.

Recap (Spoilers, duh)
- Ch 1: Ackt is a nervous carnivore alien scientist giantess (If not for the artwork and own descriptions, indistinguishable from human woman. Size-wize her mouth is barely the size of human head.) who does a medical checkup on the captive human (male at first, but retconned to be up to the listener) called 50499-A, whose replies are omitted throughout the play. How she actually does the body inspection is mostly not described and is left for imagination. Upon checking papers, she determines human civillization is not "intelligent enough" and temporarily labels the captive as meat cattle, until her government finishes the research and big maybe allow Earth to join their society. For a taste, she thoroughly licks him for an absurd amount of time and gets way too hungry with immodest noises. She leaves but promises to do "another external inspection" later at night. (I find Doom Doors funny.)
- Ch 2: Ackt tells that she's sneaking in because the rest of her crew are not carnivores and find her unstable, and mixes up hungry and romantic remarks and gets progressively confused. More loud and ridiculously long licking. The captive is noted to have "a happy face" after this, which embarrasses Ackt. Then she tries sucking the head like a popsicle with more loud noises. She's really annoyed she can't eat him until they arrive to destination and also annoyed the captive is "making it weird". As punishment, she sucks captive's head violently. Ackt realizes she's acting irrational and does a medical scan on herself, and is not happy with her dopamine level. Upset, she leaves.
- Ch 3: Ackt enters, angry at herself, and notes she can only do biological tests. She unconvincingly tries to rationalize her behavior. Ackt works with medical devices while inquiring why the captive stopped showing signs of self-regard and gets completely Tsundere. She comments her species doesn't have the concept of romance or sex and breed through sperm bank. She finds the subject's desire to breed with her absolutely disgusting. The subject suggests her to calm herself with another licking (a blatant drug analogy), which she reluctantly agrees on. Cue more licking. Ackt reveals she lied earlier about her species breeding asexually and does a love confession, then denies captive's reply. Then apologizes and hopes the subject gets equal rights, but still confused why he has this kink. She sneaks him out of the bay and the two properly introduce themselves.
- Ch 4: Ackt sneaks the subject to the empty barracks and explains that everyone's bed is tailor-made. She describes her home geography and explains she was Raised by Grandparents and they're comatose, effectively she has no family and lonely. Then more consensual sucking for quite a while. Someone comes in, so she has to hide him under the bed (for contrived reason, instead of turning the translator off for herself she asks the guy to turn his translator on). Evian vents about misplaced equipment and how he has to study actual animals, then wonders why is she not at her workplace before leaving. Ackt describes the R9 ship only has 6 crew and 2 humans. Ackt comments how Earth is "politically unstable", while they as multi-race organization are long past that. Ackt promises he can go home if he gets rights, or to buy him and the other human (Victoria) as pets in case they don't get rights. Ackt describes the area they're passing by, which contains The Alcatraz. The two return to the cell and Ackt considers explaining everything to Victoria as well.
- Ch 5: Ackt gives the subject (and the listener) a 20-minute-long depressing sociological test with no right answers and no comments from her side, except for the very last one where the subject tells they don't like themselves. Ackt concludes that humanity isn't "underdeveloped" but lacks exposure to other societies, and hopes her government checks the test properly. The subject is put to sleep for a brain scan, cue surreal music. Ackt explains she told Victoria everything, but she doesn't trust her because... she went through more than a licking and is currently hostile and even suicidal. Ackt gets a message from her government and they have temporarily approved humanity as pets, so the two humans can roam around the ship.
- Ch 6.1: Ackt asks if the subject would talk with traumatized Victioria. Ackt comments because everyone in her organization is physically different, she can't really find anyone attractive or ugly (obvious xenophobia commentary). While the subject is sitting on her lap, she explains that two subjects were picked at random, her organization has been spying on humanity with remote androids for some time, and if human government disapproves integration they'd classify Earth as protected and isolated territory and leave, otherwise the trading can ensue. The subject plays with Ackt "meat hair" for a bit.
- Ch 6.2: Unknown crew member (later apparent to be Captain Oovoo) says something through intercom without human translator device. Then Hiboritch comes in and mumbles incomprehensive string of random English. Ackt comes in with restrained Victoria and questions why Hiboritch tries to talk to 50499-A so quickly he didn't set the translator properly. She doesn't really get what he wanted so she asks him to leave. Victoria is not willing to cooperate with Ackt or the other human because he may either be brainwashed or an android.
- Ch 7.1: Ackt recaps everything so far and Victoria calms down. Ackt leaves to find real food. Victoria explains that her "almost Swallowed Whole" was not pleasant and she was afraid she's be bitten off any moment. 50499-A explains that he's not afraid of being eaten because he's actually suicidal. Victoria explains the concept of Stockholm Syndrome and bluntly doesn't see Ackt as "person" and just wants to return to her family. She asks the Subject's biography (omitted, but he really doesn't want to return to Earth), then explains her biography. Ackt finds some food, but Victoria rejects it and would rather just sleep.
- Ch 7.2: Ackt explains that she had to visit Victoria before him, so her hunger problems were twice as bad with her, and can't apologize enough and promises to not touch any human with her tongue again. 50499-A objects, so Ackt has to make an exception. Loud licking ensues. The subject finds "breasts" in her mouth, so she explains that they are poison glands like in snakes. She again questions how does he not find her weird. Ackt explains the the research they're going through because the single-spieces planets are typically conservative and incompatible with space society. She thinks the initial report was mishandled and thinks humans are more inclined to be interested in "growth and new experience".
- Ch 8: Ackt discusses how Victoria's brain scan shows that she's bipolar and doesn't know what medicine she should give her, if any, then leaves. Oovoo talks in alien speech through intercom. Ackt returns after checking on Victoria and describes her entire crew and their jobs, then she gives a bit of human language history and also the full history of her species. The subject asks if he can get "the same Victoria went through" (nearly swallowed), and she seriously asks him to reconsider, but he insists. Cue 5 minutes of loud noises with heartbeat noises. Ackt explains that being in a herbivore crew, she's been feeding on low-budget meat paste for quite a while, which she was also neglecting, and goes through a full-board mental breakdown and asks the subject to slowly get out. She gets a call that her institution now recognizes humanity as full citizen candidates, but she goes full crazy and crew comes over to restrain her.
- Ch 9.1: Another crew (Zedj) informs 50499-A and Victoria that Ackt was put into forced hormone therapy and she'll be taking over and also knows the full story. She also explains them their new rights, but she can't return them home yet because they don't know how Earth government would respond and Victoria have been "missing" for quite a while. Unsatisfied, Victoria makes a racist remark towards Zedj's appearance. Zedj is sad that Ackt may get fired if she's deemed hostile after the intelligent species act have passed.
- Ch 9.2: Ackt comes in with another crew (Kyra) and is a crying mess. Kyra berates her for keeping her feelings secret from the crew and almost causing an international scandal. Kyra promises to experiment with hormones to help her. Ackt is not allowed to be with humans unsupervised. 50499-A expresses concern for Ackt, Victoria just wants home. Ackt informs the crew that her supply of meat packs won't last enough for them to get to the capital. Kyra thinks the human have some unknown chemical that provoked her because something like this never happened. Zedj tells Ackt that no vore plays are allowed even if consensual. Ackt questions why is she having chest pains (love, duh), then question why her mouth hurts. She deduces that her venom sacks (beside social significance, also have hormones to slow her hunger) were illegally surgically removed by an unknown crew member while she was sleeping and demands immediate investigation.
- Ch 10.1: Ackt and Zedj check the security cameras, however someone has wiped the footage. Ackt thinks some or all crew are trying to get her to lose control and get arrested. Ackt demands the gathering and interrogates Hiboritch, Kyra, Oovoo, Evian, while recalling her personal history with them. For unkown reason, Kyra has left a personal recording device at the scene, revealing Evian as Big Bad. He tried to get her fired because she was breaking protocol with the subject instead of doing the med research, but the crew in effect let her go with a warning, which he finds offensive. He says he won't get arrested... because the ship won't make it to the capital.
- Ch 10.2: Evian has sabotaged the telecoms (but not the food supply or hormones packs?) beforehand, so Ackt is about to go full Horror Hunger any moment now and kill the crew, as he runs away. The ship doesn't have real jail cells (all doors have two-sided password panels) and have nothing that can be used as restrains. The available sedative also can't be very effective the second time. Ackt assures others she can control herself if she goes on a meditating walk, but goes to sob to 50499-A. Ackt is jealous of human girls because they don't have these problems and thinks 50499-A instinctively filters out the inhuman parts of her in his mind. Zedj informs through intercom that Victoria is found dead and Evian has spread her organs across the ship to trigger Ackt's sense of smell.
- Ch 11: Evian's plan is deduced to be the Sole Survivor and tell lies to the authorities. Ackt boasts about her self-control and tells 50499-A more of her biography, and her language, and being Kyra's former girlfriend. Hiboritch meets them along the way and doesn't trust Ackt being with human by herself and having stomach pains. Hiboritch has finished "cleaning" Victoria's room, but forgot to wash himself, cue Face–Monster Turn. Zedj contacts him and asks to lead Ackt to the airlock while talking her off, but he doesn't agree to it. Kyra intercepts them with the remaining sedative. The gangs keeps closing doors in front of her to slow her down while she starts to halluciante. To slow her down further, Kyra picks up Victoria's remains and baits her to the other side of the ship.
- Ch 12: Hiboritch and the human safely safely make it to Zedj to Oovoo. Zedj proposes locking her in a medical scanner as last non-lethal resort. The gang checks the camera and witness Kyra, with no corpse to offer, performing Heroic Sacrifice and is Eaten Alive (not described) to calm Ackt down. Ackt passes by the gang's location, goes to the medbay and sits in the scanning equipment. Someone still has to lock it from the outside, and the human with Oovoo volunteer. Ackt has a memory loss and asks why is she not hungry, Oovoo tells what happened to Victoria but lies that Kyra is okay. Ackt wishes she never was intimate with humans (And calls 50499-A out for enabling her when she said she's not comfortable), then delivers a few An Aesop like seeking therapy if you know you have mental issues, and how erotic fantasies are stupid and unhealthy. The gang questions if Evian wanted her out, why didn't he just officially report her.
- Ch 13.1: An unknown vessel intercepts the ship. Since they have no defenses, they have to accept the guests. It's the Space Pirates, and they steal rare speices for black market, citizen rights be damned. They are given the fake explanation of the situation and are willing to trade one of their com devices for a human, or they'll just take everything otherwise. The pirates find Ackt and buy that she's there for a medical reason. Hiboritch does a "genius" move of releasing Ackt, cutting human's arm, gang running out of medbay and locking the door in front of the pirates. Cue fading screams.
- Ch 13.2: The gang takes over the pirate ship and manages to contact the capital, the rescue is on their way and Ackt is sane again. The human talks to Ackt through the door. Ackt wonders if they can still start over and live together, if she doesn't get fired she'll quit herself. Ackt checks her phone and informs the human that as an apology for everything so far, he can be Earth's official ambassador. Ackt brings up that Evian had to have prepared to sabotage the ship even before the human got abducted, which contradicts his stated motives. Ackt wonders how's Kyra doing. She kisses the door twice and goes to sleep.
- Ch 14.1: Zedj informs Ackt that the SOS team arrives in one day and confirms that she's barely hungry enough to last. The story remembers that the door to medbay has no lock and Hand Waves with Ackt being sane enough to not use her key. Just in case, Ackt considers suicide through airlock. She asks the human of his childhood and talks about hers. She tells she hates being a carnivore species because of extra legal restrictions and always being suspicious. The ships gets boarded early by another unknown vessel who knock out everyone with sleep gas.
- Ch 14.2: The human wakes up at the alien hospital and is told by nurses the rest of the crew is treated separately. They also reveal that human biology contain chemicals that in Ackt's country have the same composition as illegal drugs, and also her race was genetically modified by an unknown civilization to make them docile, and speculates someone collected caveman humans in secret at some point. Because of that, either humanity or Ackt's species would have to get another genetic surgery if humans decide to join the federation. The human is carried to the rest of the crew.
- Ch 14.3: It turns out Evian has escaped after all, however he's discovered to be a member of an anti-carnivore radical group (the above Ancient Conspiracy is considered, but there's not enough info) and is now a wanted fugitive, so he won't be able to show up in the federation's territories. Zedj decides to quit job and go tourism. Hiboritch was released early and sent home and also now in relationship with Oovoo. Ackt is cleared from charges, but she decides to find a job with paperwork only. Ackt was told about Kyra and already had time to mourn. Ackt and human do self-introductions again.
- Ch 14.4: An official (what's with the background noises, is she a squid?) explains they've sent a SWAT Team right before the rescue team because the signal was sent from pirate coms. She explains that due to what happens, humans can't be integrated into the community until their biology is made compatible with Ackt's, and also they have no excuse for Victoria's death to human authorities. The human is given ambassadorship so he can discuss the above issues later. He is also given residence at Ackt's place, as doctors believe continued exposure would make her develop immunity, though still monitored.
- Ch 14.5: The human takes the offer. Ackt and him walk around the capital and comments she's still under surveillance while the human can basically ask for anything from the government as compensation. Ackt tells how she's met the crew. After 6 month timeskip, human is effectively Ackt's husband now, possibly got laid, and got signed up for that surgery. He also has to make a presentation for Earth's leaders. She offers head licking like the first time, cue loud noises, then normal kisses.
- The first hour is borderline Lecherous Licking fetish roleplay and not Played for Horror. (The author tells in a commentary she was Writing by the Seat of Your Pants and testing waters at the time, considering the erotic roleplay aspect gets dropped, I can buy Early-Installment Weirdness becuase it gets in-universe explanation and criticism later.)
- The second hour goes full into the exposition, characterization and political commentary. Nothing weird even happens.
- The third hour is a combination of both of the above, but the last intimiate time instead is treated as "a problem" by the entire cast and kickstarts Cerebus Syndrome.
- The fourth hour goes into full drama and gets proper villains. It has no kink material and is effectively Survival Horror. Any mentions of "hunger" now mean being violently torn apart off-screen.
- The fifth hour is the plot resolution and wrap-up. Nothing erotic until the very last minute.
After consideration I think it's keepable, on plot/fetish ratio, the story heavily outweights the other. If you fast-forward the prologue and specific couple of points, the rest contain no suspicious material. But the work's trope page describe certain moments way more eroticly than they're presented (not denying that they still are) or out of context (also evident was troped as the play was ongoing), so some wording choices may need to be reconsidered.

This is a weird one. The examples discuss the protagonist doing "mouthplay" with the alien quite a few times, and a lot of things the alien is described as doing seem fetishistic; licking the protag's face while telling them she wants to eat them, for example.
However, the description says it's at least partially meant to be a horror work, which complicates things. Looking through the examples, it seems like the "hot 11ft-tall alien gf wants to eat you" premise is sometimes presented as titillating and sometimes presented as horrifying.
