10/10 - One of my favorite tropes, whether accidental or deliberate.
Seven colors in the rainbow. Seven letters in the word "rainbow". Coincidence? I think not.7/10. It's a double-edged sword, because on one hand, it can lead to some really fun communities forming around more mature fiction, since (after all) the fandom is usually made up of mature people. But on the other hand, it can lead to some really toxic communities for things that are meant for kids, which might be harmful for the kids... but on yet another hand, the "lighthearted thing with non-lighthearted fandom" side can sometimes manifest less in toxicity and more in just tackling more mature themes.
JustForFun.How To Be An Anti Hero
8/10. i love it when i misread what the author originally intended. especially for books that i already don't like. minus points since they're trying to paint them in a wrong light, but hey, nothing can be perfect.
Narm Charm Welcome, my little friend! Or should I say...friends?
9/10. It's better for a story to be corny yet sincere than it is to constantly cover up emotional/cool moments with snark due to being scared of being made fun of.

3/10. Unless it's somehow incorporated into the narrative, it's such a frustrating trope.
Unpopular Popular Character Orcus on His Throne will always be my pet peeve.
7/10 Can lead to a funny contrast with their out of universe reputation vs in universe reputation.
"Give our Captain back, you jerks!"UGH. 1/10, i'd give it a 0 if TV Tropes wasn't correcting these errors. it is so annoying hearing people spout information that they literally did 0 research on and just believed on the internet. it's at least part of why the "me when i spread misinformation on the internet" meme is even a thing. at least some of the errors are slightly funny.
Big-Lipped Alligator Moment Welcome, my little friend! Or should I say...friends?
8/10. While cohesion and consistency are obviously important in a work, I'm a firm believer in sometimes loosening up and doing whatever the hell you want. Can go badly, but most often they can be mysterious, interesting, or, dare I say it, even funny.
Only the Creator Does It Right
8/10
It's good when a creator helps the work stay in touch with what its creator wants it to be.
Complete Monster My mother nicknamed me, hence the username.
7/10
I don't like when that kind of character is overused but they generally make good villains.
Alternate Character Interpretation
9/10 - Can lead to interesting discussions.
Seven colors in the rainbow. Seven letters in the word "rainbow". Coincidence? I think not.10/10. It's basically the perfect video game development trope.
Commitment Anxiety Orcus on His Throne will always be my pet peeve.
4/10 - No real feelings on it, but it's part of why I don't really like live-action dramas.
Seven colors in the rainbow. Seven letters in the word "rainbow". Coincidence? I think not.ehhhhh, 5/10. it's a bit strange when the ending just does not feel anything like it should.
Captain Obvious Aesop Welcome, my little friend! Or should I say...friends?
6/10. In practice, it's effective, but in concept, it's a bad idea.
Pandering to the Fanbase Orcus on His Throne will always be my pet peeve.

5/10. It usually depends on the character. I'm not usually focused on this trope, but if the character is more personally unlikeable than the Big Bad, I'll know.
5/10. That depends on what is used to appeal to the fanbase.

7/10. It shouldn't have been problematic to begin with, but seeing a story make a come-around does feel satisfying regardless.
Audience Awareness Advantage Orcus on His Throne will always be my pet peeve.
4/10 it annoys me when fans think people in the story are stupid for not noticing something or knowing something that they would have no knowledge about.
What Do You Mean, It's Not Political?
"Give our Captain back, you jerks!"4/10. Yes, a lot of media contains political (or loosely) themes. No, not everything in fiction or reality is about politics.

5/10. Sometimes good for Pop-Cultural Osmosis, but sometimes a case of Late-Arrival Spoiler.
