Twilight Sparkle

As much as she'd love to try and listen and keep up with The Doctor and Cecilia about the ramifications of time travel and how it could affect one's state of mental being, that was a conversation Twilight didn't think she was ready to delve into. Not with so many others present, anyway.

Thus, she drifted over towards Scott, but she briefly looked over towards Hinata, her expression being one of concern as she tried to ascertain if the other girl was alright.

Wait for it...

Tyro nods once he sees Hinata is alright. "I wonder what spooked you." He then looks at the ...giant ship they're in. "This is amazing. It looks so roomy. Besides that, you could hold more than one tea party~" Due to his amazement, he does a scan...

"Error. Error. Error."

Tyro's eyes literally have an X in them, as he's completely lost and stands there like a fossilized statue dinosaur thingy.

Ben using the Omnitrix

"Is he ok? he gazed into the TARDIS like Hinata?"

Hoping that the Digimon is still ok Ben dials the Omnitrix, scrolling trougth the alien list, eventually stopping in one of his smartest aliens. Greymatter.

Ben slams the omnitrix with his rigth hand and in a flash of green ligth, Ben turned in a small grey humanoid creature.

"Maybe there is a way to reboot him back."

He said as he climbs Tyro's body inspecting and analysing his mechanical parts searching for a way to turn him back to normal.

Thankfully not Windows 11

Tyro's wiring, while pretty unique due to looking a bit more like tron lines overall... appears to be in working order. His eyes do shut off and shine a bit. It's hard to say what's happening at the moment. Though he still is gripping that Tea Cup in the most proper fashion, with a pinky out, like it's life or death. Don't mess with his Tea Cups, folks.

The Doctor

"It does. A great deal so. The past, present and future are open to me, and I can sense them all. Sense the flow of time, the fabric of the universe shifting around us, constantly. Our days like crazy paving. Even if I closed my eyes and stuck my head in the sand, I could tell the difference. Which is how I can tell what will affect the web of time in a significant manner and what won't, if you'd care to know."

The Doctor finished his scan, turning off his little rod and slipping it back in his pocket. He began fiddling with the controls, checking and triple-checking the polarity of the neutron flow before he even thought of setting coordinates.

"But even if the rest of the universe is in flux, my personal history is set in stone. Think of it like a piece of classic literature. You can try and change it all you like, alter some little details here and there, but the essence of such monumental works will forever remain the same. My future may be multiple choice, but my past is set, and that is what keeps me anchored. And what a past indeed..."

Cecilia in disguise - TARDIS - Time isn't set in stone except when it is except when it isn't except when it is-

Cecilia scrunched her face a bit, trying to work out the logic of what the Doctor had just said. "So you can travel through time, but you can't change your own past? Not even, go back just a few minutes and tell yourself not to listen to the annoying woman with too many questions?" she wondered, deciding to add a little joke in there as that typically worked with other people to alleviate tensions.

"Or, what if you tried to go back and change something that would have to change your own life? Like... Killing your own father? Obviously I'm not suggesting that; I'm just bringing it up as a hypothetical extreme," Cecilia then went on, noticing that Tyro was being climbed onto by one of the others, but she wasn't sure what to make of that.

TARDIS

"Guys! Wait up I needed to grab some things!"

Sapphy stumbled into the time machine, an old-looking camera on a lanyard draped around her neck and her arms full with a large but thin manilla folder.

"Needed to fetch the case files and— ooh, hold up nice interior space. Same door trick as the bistro?"

She wandered through the space before carefully balancing the folder on the control console.

"This is all the information I've got on the case. If we're collecting evidence in the aftermath then we'll want to arrive on the Thursday or maybe if we can figure out the morgue they were sent to we could turn up on Friday? But that's kind of a longshot."

It's only then that she noticed just how harrowed and concerned everyone else in the room was looking.

"... Was it something I said..? Sorry if it was!"

Ben Trying to reboot the dino

"Some of us decided to gaze in the core of the TARDIS with various results Tyro seems to have "crashed", I could go deeper but im afraid I could break it by accident. However I got an alien for this job.

Tapping the logo in !Greymatter/Ben switches to another alien, in a flash of green ligth the previously grey humanoid was replaced by a black and green blob like alien its name is Upgrade.

Ben in Upgrade form envelops tyro and starts melding with him apart of upgrading the digimon he also would make him reboot much faster.

Well, it's definitely an upgrade. Rebooting, however...

Tyro starts to glow, with a stream of data surrounding the metallic dinosaur. In a twist, something different happens... and this music may or may not be heard. "MetalTyrannomon X-Antibody, Megadigivolve to...!" His body begins to have red streaks over it, as you can see him silently roaring a bit, wincing too... mostly due to Upgrade. Digivolution is odd, folks. "Chaosdramon!"

The slightly larger Digimon gives a blink.◊ "...Are you kidding me? Now I can't grip my tea cups. What's everybody staring at?" He notices Sapphy, and tilts his much more metallic head.

Athena

Having noticed the results of trying to look at the TARDIS's core she decides that she is NOT stupid enough to try to do that.

"Well, moving on from that. We really need someone who can track scents. Seems like someone can access other forms so that's possible. I... need to see the bodies to figure out how they died. And how to hide my head."

She puts her hood up and her face STILL stands out, but less since the hood has made her hair much less visible.

"This is an improvement."

Ben

"Someone who tracks scents? I got someone for that."

The omnitrix emblem appears in Tyro head seems like the voice is from Ben althougth trougth a filther.

"By the way Tyro sorry for the intrusiveness, it looked like you crashed."

He's a Tyromaniac, tyromaniac, on the floor! And he's evolved like he's never evolved before!

"It's okay. I got used to it before. Reminds me of a friend of mine. He's just a bit... shinier than this one. I appreciate the help, nonetheless." Tyro nods. "...Well, this name isn't as fitting anymore, is it?" He chuckles and looks at Sapphy. ...I'm guessing I missed something, since I didn't see you earlier while I was, uh, rebooting."

Scott Lang, TARDIS interior.

The questions he had about Hinata having been answered about as thoroughly as they feasibly could have been from overhearing her explanation, Scott resumes wandering about the place, tracing his hand along the circular indents in the walls as he again comes to that hallway he'd decided not to explore earlier. A glance back toward the Doctor, presently getting into a discussion about paradoxes with the lady in the dress, reveals an opening... but no sooner does this cross his mind then someone else approaches, specifically the purple kid with priors.

Scott acknowledges Twilight's approach with a nod and an amiable smirk, knowing full well how uncomfortable the girl had been ever since she'd entered. Having a teenage daughter of his own made him perhaps more empathetic than he otherwise might have been, all things considered. That, and they both share some misgivings with the law—he has a nagging suspicion that's going to become relevant at some point, but opts not to pry. Stick to smalltalk.

"So, what's your deal? Seems like we've all got something we bring to the table. Superpowers, gadgets, magic, flaming head, force of personality, whatever's going on over... there?" he trails off as he catches sight of Tyro freezing up, followed in short order by Ben's approach and transformation into a significantly smaller form that then sets about attempting to sort things out.

"Huh, so that's that kid's deal. Kinda-sorta mine, but we can work wi-" he shrugs, before again getting cut off by Ben's second transformation and prompt interfacing with the robot dinosaur, in a fashion that Scott isn't entirely comfortable watching. "UH. Hey, hey, Rolex, watch the... thing...?"

What the hell is going on now?

Awkwardly gawking at the odd spectacle, Scott only brings himself to speak up after a good few seconds. "Rebooting. Yeah, that's one word for that. We cool...?" he says, waiting for an answer before hesitantly turning to make his way over to the console and the case files Sapphy lays out.

10 feet tall and... just as nice.

"Yeah, we're cool. I'm a little miffed I can't drink my tea, but otherwise, no issues. Incidentally, this body can still be useful, maybe. But it might be better if I take the time to test things out on my own. Well, with Ben's help, heh." Tyro gives another nod, and despite his grinning-like metallic teeth, he doesn't look any bit angry or malicious. His aura, for those who can feel it, is completely calm and friendly. "I am taking suggestions for alternate names for the forms I can go into, though." He says in a joking manner.

Hinata Hyūga — TARDIS

Hinata had been rather tuned out of the conversation as she took a moment to recover mentally from the attention she'd received, sending assuring looks towards those who were still worried for her. But seeing Tyro's reaction and then Ben's subsequent transformations, she got up in curiosity and decided to include herself again.

“Maybe we shouldn't try to understand this place. That just feels dangerous...” she stated to Tyro, putting a gentle hand on his... claw in an effort to show her sympathies. He'd changed his appearance somehow, and become more frightening and massive. Hinata shivered, but could tell that he was still the same benevolent person behind the fearsome countenance.

“I don't understand the... intricacies of time travel, but I'll make sure not to interfere with anything too much. I'll help scan the area for evidence that could've been missed, and... I-I hope my observations can be useful, too...”

Paging Doctor Claw

Tyro smiles warmly at Hinata with his sharp metal teeth, his left claw feeling smooth like a person of true good will. "Thank you. I appreciate that." He gives a nod. "...Agreed. Curiousity got the better of me. Thankfully I'm not a cat?"

Twilight Sparkle

"Science. Research. Survival." Twilight said, trying to keep her fields vague, but the focus was taken off of her (to her relief) by...whatever the heck was going on with the robot, whatever it was.

Sorry for the absence, RL stuff hit hard for a few weeks

Not wanting to be left out of the closest thing she had to a lead or reason to have gone to Nightd, Maaris slipped into the TARDIS behind Sapphy and was for the moment trying to stay out of the way of current proceedings. This was in part due to missing most of what happened inside the "police box" so far, and partially because everything that had happened since arriving was already getting a bit overstimulating for her.

The Doctor

"I'd suggest we stick with Thursday. The last thing we want to do is take a shot in the dark. Unless we're sure about our chances, we'd be heading back to Thursday anyway, after already having visited Friday in the first place. And that could cause a small temporal disturbance. Or worse yet, a paradox. I don't know about you, but that's something I'd rather stay clear of."

The Doctor put his hands on the controls, glancing at Tyro and the rest as he made the preparations. He had nearly intervened, but they seemed to have things well in hand. Tyro was being attended to, and his new form looked quite useful. The nature of his change was most fascinating, something he'd need to look into when he had the time. Funny how there was never enough of it.

Twilight Sparkle

As she was noticing that the Doctor was now preparing to actually get the TARDIS up and running, the teenage scientist's curiosity won out over her caution, and soon enough she was creeping towards said Doctor, trying to get a good look at the controls in question so she could attempt to make sense of them. They had to follow some sort of logic, surely.

Scott Lang, TARDIS control room

Picking up on Twilight's agitation, Scott opts not to continue that particular line of questioning, though her curt response is noted nevertheless. "Gotcha." he says with a finger-gun gesture as he shoves the incident with Ben and Tyro to the back of his mind where it belongs and picks up a case file out of the envelope for closer examination. "1993, middle of the woods, set of a show called California Firewatch, two victims, one shot, other with a large wound of indeterminate origin... they think it's an animal but, uh, fat chance." he reads aloud.

"What would Jessica Fletcher think?" he then mutters after a moment of thought, more to himself than anyone.

Being of a similarly technical inclination to Twilight, however, he can't help his attention likewise drifting to the TARDIS' console as the Doctor works, though he's far more covert about it, making a point of only occasionally glancing up from the case file he's examining. "You said this thing was solar powered?" he idly asks the little man for clarification, not particularly buying that explanation.

Yeah, solar my left nut.

TARDIS

"Oh, okay. Yeah sorry I'm a little overeager with apologies sometimes. Sorry."

She blinked and facepalmed at how much she self-demonstrated her remark. Instead she twirled in place and leaned against the console, though carefully enough to not disturb any obvious controls.

"Thursday it is! Doctor, activate your machine! Aaaaa, can't believe I get to time travel, even if it's just to the nineties."

Sapphy backed off from the console, doing a little happy jig.

The Doctor

The Doctor set the controls, flipping the necessary switches to send the TARDIS through the spacetime vortex. There was a low hum as it took off, the middle cylinders pumping up and down, but they were on their way to 1993.

Edworth and Gumshoe

"we're really moving now? I don't think I feel anything" Gumshoe said expecting time travel to feel a lot more moving than how he was feeling at the moment.

Athena

"Usually time travel is more rough for me. I guess driving a robot thing makes the ride smoother."

She shrugs.
