We Awaken Magical Girls

The fourth girl is wearing magical looking armor, but instead of an open faced helmet, the figure is wearing a cape and a black silk top hat, and welding a glowing gold rope or whip. Looking around for a pop-up window, Marisa instead sees a hat rack in the corner next to her. On the rack is draped a black top hat, cape, and coiled black leather whip.

Marisa approached the rack, before examining the unusable sight "How Bizarre. These seem to be part of the outfit in the tapestry but all of them are less luminescent then the tapestry, but what else could these be. Especially with that ridicules excuse for a hat just being to similar for something so likely unique."

Felix takes out a pocket watch and examines it. "If you four want to get breakfast before school, I suggest you all hurry. This buffoonery has already taken up enough of my time."

"Guest rooms have been set up for you on the second floor, the kitchen and utility rooms are on the ground floor. Please do not go to the third floor or attic, that's where my bedroom and most of the books are."

Going up the stairs leads to a hall way on the ground floor of a large, old fashioned house. There is another set of stairs leading up and four doors. One door leads to the backyard, one to a kitchen, one to a large laundry room, and the final door leads to the front half of the house. The front half has been converted into an antique book store.

Sarah lifted her hand up as if she was in school wanting to ask a question? "How do I turn the dress off I don't think I will be allowed to school dressed up like this? do I have to use the same word that one uses to turn it on?"

Mari looked around upstairs before saying "Wow, what a lovely looking house and we can live in here?" she asked before seeing the magic girl she saved and trying to make small talk walking toward Sarah and slowly putting their metal arm around there shoulder before saying "So fellow magic girl, look where we are now, I mean I don't know you but still I have good, no great feeling for this!"

"Yes, simply say the counter-transformation incantation or mentally dismiss the clothing transformation to return to your original outfit." Felix Sebastian says. "You are free to find accommodations of your own... in fact, I encourage that... but the goddess of majorly inconveniencing me magic has decreed that I share my house with you."

Felix leads the way to the kitchen. Ignoring most of the modern appliances, he goes over to a personal coffee machine and fixes himself a cup. A piece of paper is taped to the machine which says 'For Felix's Use Only'.

A pop-up window appears.

Sarah felt weird that someone would hold her by the shoulder like that, she didn't really have any human friends back home so she wasn't used to friendly greetings like that "um that's... cool" she said in a low timid voice as she just walked next to the girl holding her close to her, she did save her not a moment ago so she seemed to be a good girl but she still felt pretty difficult to interact with people, but if she's gonna be part of a team she guesses she would have to try to be a bit social at least "I don't feel pretty good about this I have never been in a fight, how am I suppose to be a magical girl?" she responded honestly not feeling very confident in her abilities.

"You're a girl. You're now magical. Ergo, you're already a magical girl." Felix Sebastian says. "As for fighting... well, you've been granted the ability to detect enemies and a knife. The pointy end goes in to the bad guys. I'm not a knife fighter and even I know that much. Now, the important question: Can you cook?"

"Don't worry my fellow magic girl" She says patting Sarah on the back "being a otaku, it's now paying off from my watching of anime, like magic girl, so I can show you the ropes, poses, attacks, and more, and in no time flat, me and the others will be magical girls!" she says letting go of her before now seeing the popup, "Prepare breakfast? Ummm..." She makes a gulp sound, the closes thing she has ever cooked was instant ramen "Hey sir? Do you have any instant ramen and a pot or something?"

"um thank you... I guess" she said still kinda unsure, she was expecting a bit of training first by the guys that draw them into this at first but it seems that they're not even gonna give us that, changing her mind about breakfast she thought that she could at least do the typical bacon and eggs "I can do cook a little if you want me to" she proposed but in such a low voice that the others probably didn't hear her.

Felix gestures at the kitchen cabinets. "Pots and pans, yes, a variety. Noodles, yes. Instant Ramen is an oxymoron. Uma, please show ED-47 there is more to feeding humans then just boiling water and re-hydrating flavored chemical preservatives."

Mr. Grumpypants is a bit of a food snob.

"WAIT! I want to do the cook!" Bree is back in "her" normal clothes.

The lights in the kitchen suddenly dim. A large spotlight turns on from An Unknown Source™ shining on the middle of the kitchen. A microphone, dangling from a cord, is lowered into the middle of the spot light. Felix grabs the microphone and begins speaking into it.

"Ladies and Gentlemen! We have a Cooking Contest Challenge!"

Sarah and Bree somehow find themselves in opposite corners of the kitchen, as if the kitchen itself moved around them. Felix points dramatically at Sarah, just as another spot light turns on to illuminate her.

"In this corner, the reigning champion, the cooking goddess bitten by a radioactive spider, we have.... UMA ARACHNE!!!"

The spotlight moves to Bree.

"And in this corner, She's got might, she's quite bright, her skin is really white... the challenger, BRIDGET BRUSH!!!"

"You're each allowed up to one assistant and are expected to make the best breakfast you can! Let's get cooking!"

The lighting returns to normal, revealing Felix talking into a large wooden serving spoon. He blinks, then sets the spoon down before taking a deep breath.

After composing himself, Felix Sebastion glares up at the ceiling. "I *HATE* it when you do that!" he yells at the Goddess of Magicke.

She smiled at Sarah before turning to Felix "H-hey noodles are pretty good... Hey wait what do you mean feeding humans? I'm human too" She yells out before the flash the light blinds her covering her eyes and opening them to see two of them magic girls look to be cooking it out, learning there names now, "W-what cooking? This is not what I first think when I think magic girl!" she says "What do I even do?"

Sarah was gasping in anxiety as the light focused on her and she was presented as if she was some kind of wrestler entering the ring "wow wow, competition? I thought we're just making breakfast why do we need to turn it into a competition" she said confused, she wasn't exactly a great cook she only knew basic things and she didn't know who to pick Felix was friendly but she aparently could only make instant noodles, the other one she didn't know yet and she had no reason to think she could do any better, she ended up running to Felix and hiding behind her in order to escape the limelight, she hated to drawn attention to herself.

"My name is Bree..." A pause of awkward silence then comes and goes "Anyways! Lets make this!" Bree puts on an apron as she gets out cake ingredients. When she starts, the cake song from LazyTown begins to play out of nowhere.

Felix shoves Sarah over to Mari. "YOU TWO START COOKING SOMETHING!" Felix yells over the music.

Bree is stirring the bowl still.

"But cooking has nothing to do with being a magic girl!" She says before Sarah is pushed right into her, "Oh god what do we do..." she says freaking out, she has never actually cooked in her live, "There has to be a cook book somewhere!" she yells out trying to find someone to help them get starting on the cooking.

An over-head cabinet opens, revealing several shelves full of cookbooks. One of the cookbooks, 'The Magicke of Cooking With Cauldron And Crockpot, by Ima Witch' falls out and lands on the cupboard in front of Mari.

Sarah feels very embarrassed as she confused Felix with Mari but she tried to just play it down as if she didn't, she looked down at the book and picked up the book "can I cook whatever, or do you want something in particular" she asked Felix nervously.

"I've got coffee, I 'm good." says Felix.

"I suppose I will have to endure becoming the impartial judge of this most frivolous of completions. Oh woe is me, I will just have to suffer and eat all the meals you guys make before anyone else does." Despite the words being said, it is clear that Marisa just wants to eat the food. As it turns out, she is not a very good liar, her tone and posture giving her away immediately.

A gold sash with the words 'Official Food Contest Judge' falls from the ceiling, landing around Marisa's neck.

Sarah noticed the time that had passed already and panicked, it seemed time moved differently here she guessed, she went to the easiest thing she could find, some eggs with bacon, and began to work, "she began to prepare the pans on Place and said "Mari, please help me bringing me a box of eggs, some bacon and cooking oil" she asked as calmly as she could.
