Hopefully the remaining Pokemon not on the Switch will be able to find their way in through this game. If there's one good thing about BDSP, it's that we got many of the Dexit victims on the Switch again. Hopefully the ones from Gens 5-7 (Especially the 5 and 6 starters and Meloetta) will get in.
Although one of the missing mons, Ducklett, is too similar to the water starter, so who knows?

and It will be gilded, and part Ghost-type
Well, if we got Quixote references in a Japanese work, these are our expectations.

You joke, but that's a real concern, especially since some people either don't know or don't care that there is a waiting period for that.
I'm certainly not surprised that a Tainted by the Preview entry was added. That's got to be one of those "Expect to see this when a YMMV page is created" things by now.

"I squirm, I struggle, ergo I am. Faced with death, I am finally, truly alive."(Unlikely? Probably, but anything's possible these days.)
"Can you even read the blackboard written clear as can be?" / "Can you even read his mind? See that kid's lost fantasy?"If there was a region to do that with it would be Kalos. Given there was outright content in Kalos that Game Freak never got to explore.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.Gen 2 was like an Expansion Pack Sequel to Gen 1 in a lot of ways. The map in the early prototype version shows that the original plan was to make it cover the entirety of Japan, with Kanto massively reduced in size to the point that most of the cities blend together into a 'Tokyo'. Even in the final version, there's not a lot of emphasis on the newer monsters and the plot with Team Rocket is an outright continuation of Gen 1.
A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they will never sit in.

What's the likeliness of getting a gym leader with a modernist art theme? Whether it goes Cubist (Picasso) or Surrealist (Dali) is up to you :P
We already have La Sagrada Familia, so Gaudi's covered :P
Also long, long reply but:
Actually you could 100% make the case that Gens 1 and 2 were on the same console if specifying just the debut titles because Gold and Silver are not GBC only games, they're Blackcart Gameboy Games, titles that could be played on an original DMG but if you popped it into a Gameboy Color it would play in... well, color. Pokemon Yellow also has a slight version of this feature and that's unambigiously Game Boy
Only Crystal was a true GBC exclusive
