Can I also talk about in how episode 7 is a masterclass in Show, Don't Tell?
"Cynicism is not realistic and tough. It's unrealistic and kind of cowardly because it means you don't have to try."
As a person who grew up with Samurai Jack, I can appreciate that approach.
Since we actually have seen Saint Germain use this specific yokai (jumping crone) during the Fairytale card fight, unlike with the previously never-before-seen pygmies/jiangshi/minotaur, i think this does incriminate him even more than the rest of the evidence pointing towards him being the lurking threat these past few chapters.

I got the impression that he was shocked and confused that he couldn't get powers from Okarun. Maybe he's trying again from a different angle. It wasn't a normal "defeat," after all.
Just watched the first season of the anime. First, I must say it’s one of the very few anime where I never skip the opening or the ending. That’s quite a feat.
Second… damn, this is fun.
Beyond all the silliness and superpowers, the romance is genuinely endearing and all of the main characters feel like buddies you’d want to hang out with (well, I dunno about Turbo Granny >.>). To the point it’s almost jarring when there’s a serious and heartwrenching arc about a tragic mother-daughter relationship (the Acro-Silky arc)… immediately followed by two girls arguing about balls while slurping up somen noodles. Ah well, it still works.
To top it, the show also has the best French dub I’ve heard in years for an anime. Momo is even voiced by none other than Elsa!
Yep, that's Dan Da Dan for you.

I honestly think if you are able to read the Manga. It's the second series in which I brought all the updated volumes, first being My Dress-Up Darling, but the first in which I did it while still watching the anime.
Even in English, the anime was on multiple streaming services that usually don't play well together. Maybe that's why it got multiple dubs in several countries?
Writing a post-post apocalypse LitRPG on RR. Also fanfic stuff.Bump, because I forgot to ask this before. When is the next season airing? Because it was really weird how the anime ended right in the middle of an arc.

Holy crap Zuma looks really good with grown out hair and glasses. I am so curious to see where this next part goes, that old man was only gone for four years, so it's def a Year Inside, Hour Outside situation with that game board. Also, I love how the conflict immediately de-escalates once Momo calls everyone else an idiot.
Happy to see Zuma back. Also, pretty sure that this is the first time at least in recent memory that she's used her power to actively suppress someone's super form. I guess it shouldn't be that surprising because it's not that different from the beginning of the story when she was suppressing Okarun's possession.

It does the One Piece thing - uses goofy comedy and heartwrenching tragedy in combination to contrast and accentuate each other.
"...in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach."
