The suggestion is not clear at all. The mook blends into the player character, there's no indication that they're being thrown, and it will just look like grey mush at wiki size.
The current isn't amazing, but it's not the worst. This Image Is Not an Example exists for the first and third points. I vote keep unless we get a better suggestion.
regulation pigeonCurrent is not great but OK. The suggestion is completely unclear though.
Fjón þvæ ég af mér fjanda minna rán og reiði ríkra manna.
I think it's clear enough. You just need to read the text to orient yourself. Also, I dunno what you mean by separated frames. You mean the ground? That would be easy to edit out.
I personally find the current not very clear since that spark blocks a bit of the action.

The image doesn't work for three reasons, in my opinion.
First off, King De De De, the thrower, is the guy in charge of the mooks in question. The trope is instead "A video game character has the ability to pick up his enemies and toss them as an attack towards other stuff."
Secondly, due to the short angle of the toss, it's not entirely clear that it even is a mook being tossed, and not say, Dedede punching both the shy guy and DK at the same time.
Third, either way, the move in question has him pull the waddle dee out of hammerspace.
Here's my proposed new image.

Grimlock, the thrower, is an Autobot of hulking proportions hurling a Decepticon at another Deceptico.
Given the posture, the crosshair, and the existence of an enemy on a balcony, he is clearing throwing one guy at another.
Third, the actual game in question uses this exact mechanic.
EDIT: Maybe crop out the side and the watermark...I don't have the game installed right now so I grabbed footage from someone else.
