Out of curiosity, is there a trope regarding someone being the ringleader of a bunch of troublemakers/pranksters? Maybe we can repurpose this trope for something like that, if it doesn't exist already.

You can't always get what you want.
That's a unanimous 20 votes to merge. I don't see a reason to propose a Prankster Ringleader when nearly none of the wicks follow the concept.
