I transplanted examples marked as incorrect in the wick check, so we're past the minimum of three on-page examples for Sandbox.Card Cycling.
I got a rock for Halloween.OK, to be fair, there was one example on the Draw Extra Cards draft that fits Card Cycling, but that's all I found.
I got a rock for Halloween. Many other card games and board games such as Apples to Apples and Terraforming Mars have similar card-cycling mechanics.
Kirby is awesome.Beyond the need to expand the skeleton Magic The Gathering entries to something more specific, what are we missing?

Macron's notesI think we can just close this thread since we aren’t doing anything to Discard and Draw and Sandbox.Card Cycling probably needs to be developed more at the TLP.
Macron's notesWould be nice to find a volunteer sponsor for the TLP, or have it on the salvage yard.
Discard and Draw needs a cleanup of misuse (and moves of Card Cycling entries to the sandbox).
How many more examples do we need?
- Pokémon Trading Card Game: "Professor's Research"
:
Discard your hand and draw 7 cards. - The Card City Nights series:
- Card City Nights 1: Dan:
Discard and replace your hand with the bottom cards in your deck.
- Card City Nights 2: The only card that involves replacement of lost cards, but over time instead of immediately: Casual Jenny Berry's resolution forces its owner to:
shuffle the cards in your hand into your deck
- Card City Nights 1: Dan:

I could probably review the draft and improve it by the end of the weekend, but I don't think that I want to be launching it within a month. I wouldn't be able to shepard the draft on a daily basis right now. If I need to be the one sponsoring, I could start it this weekend, but the page wouldn't be in launch condition until around April. Starred the thread because it looks like that was overlooked (since any decision making there's left to do would be done on TLP and not here, since it looks like Card Cycling is being sent to TLP).

We're not renaming this. We're just spinning misuse off into its own trope.

Crown Description:
Consenus was to split misuse of Discard And Draw, which is about card replacement mechanics in card games, into a new trope. What should the new trope's name be?

I assumed that the draft holds examples that would fit better here, since I can't check, and Card Cycling isn't just about mulligans but about all Discard And Draws, since these examples are still there.
Still a :( on the name but ok.
Otherwise, here's some card databases:
