I haven't gotten to Masakado, but Satan is doable in NG with strong demons and the right setups. But he's no slouch and is arguably closer to a puzzle boss unless you want to really slug it out with Megido Arks.
I'll admit I bumped the difficulty down to Casual to pull off the dodge-build/Chaotic Will/Succession+Charge Paraselene Blur quick kill, although in hindsight it was probably doable on Normal, but I've already spent way more time playing this game than I planned due to getting lost in the sauce of demon fusing.

I stayed on Normal and beat him with a Lv. 99 Nahobino. Got my Strength to 200+ with a tablet, and used a Murakumo 4x strat. Probably should have gotten more demons to level 99, and with Null/Reflect/Drain physical, but I got impatient.
One run (either the penultimate or antepenultimate one) I even managed to Seal Demi-Fiend and prevent him from using Mediarahan, but I lost that one sadly.
Looks like the superbosses of the two Canons should be possible in NG+ one day.
Puzzle boss indeed, I managed to beat Satan on Normal difficulty by copying a Hard Mode 8-turn clear video
, and it was pretty straightforward. The hardest part was having to rebeat the Demi-Fiend on NG so I could re-recruit him. At least I got a chance to mess around with his skills in the rematch, being able to cut his turns in half with Chaotic Will and make his team only attack once was fun ngl.
Now to go get the new Chaos ending.
If it was up to him he wouldn’t, but Mandala wants him to be neutral and so he does.
In a lot of ways his Neutrality in a passive indifference helped lead to these events to happen. After all, he could have rescued Yoko or tried to help her since she was made to serve the same system he was loyal too.
Contrast that with Mastema who is meant to be a direct enforcer and only his shade is meant to have a neutral role.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Any objections to me putting Number of the Beast on the work page? You get 666,666 macca for completing the Return of the True Demon sidequest, and 6,666,666 for beating The Nemesis Battles (which ends with the Samael and Satan fights) in the Elite Virtual Trainer gauntlet.
The alignment choice quests from Canon of Creation work the same, though the Dionysus vs. Black Frost quest isn't present. The Canon of Vengeance does have a new alignment choice quest where it's pretty obvious which side represents Law and which side represents Chaos.
"I squirm, I struggle, ergo I am. Faced with death, I am finally, truly alive."My favourite choice in Creation is Principality vs Lilim, since her argument is basically "can I pretty please eat people?"
lmao no
Bewitching EyesFor me that choice was: "Get this demon I can later encounter as a mob and therefore recruit, or get this demon that otherwise can only be obtained by fusing?"
Similarly, the choice in Taito was: "Get this demon that otherwise can only be obtained by fusing and a boost to the stat I'm using, or get this demon I can later encounter as a mob and therefore recruit and a boost to the stat I'm not using?"

TBH I saw less the cannibalization angle and more the angle of misogynistic tyrants driving a group of desperate women to near extinction.
Then again I might had been blinded by "if evil why hot?" at the time and the general tude of the Principality in question ,plus I ended up with Chaos lead in the creation playthrough anyway (hence why I'm going law this time)
Funnily enough I ended up with both in my tema and a Principality before that quest, which was a likely factor in thigns (Lillim eventually became my elec specialist and while Prince was my magical all rounder for mid game mitama farming when I didn't have Metatron)

made it to the part where Yoko posted Tao kills Sahori's bullies.
Considering the whole Lahmu thing I have to agree with Yoko here, doesn't quite make it right but I'll see how far the bullycide idea goes.
Also was unaware they put a warp point in the dorm room.

Sorry to double post, but how tough are Satan and Masakado? I stumbled into the former while I was grinding and cleaning up some end-game quests I never finished in an older copy. I knew he would be tough, but I didn't expect his stats to be as dramatically high as they were.
I'm guessing something I do in NG+ rather than a first run?
