Yeah people say that the "BSS is the Menace" theory is dead but I really think they're ramping it up with these new eps.
Also I've gotta point out that the manga chapter equivalent of this episode had one of the BSS armor guys speak with Zira's typeface. People are always telling me that its an AU and its not consistent but this is the first time EVER that a main character's typeface has been used for another character so I'm like 99% sure that guy in the helmet is Zira
I am a fanfic writer. This means I can make you cry in 1000 words or less.I had no clue this show almost got banned in Spain. I heard rumors that the last season was supposed to have an arc set there, but it got canned, and now that you mention it those John Milton references probably had something to do with it.
In other news, I finally got around to watching yesterday's episode, "Can't Have Jack in Detroit". This episode involves Jack leading the Fresh Meat Gang heading to Detroit for some weapons and equipment OSP; they'll be fighting a bunch of training robots using only whatever they can find in their cordoned-off area of Detroit as weapons. The new guys, clearly taking notes from their last mission with JUNCTION, try to work on their coordination skills. Emphasis on "try."
The mission doesn't take too long. But when Sandy and Co. try to report back to Jack, he's nowhere to be found! As it turns out, the Bedford Security Solutions guys kidnapped him, and Sandy, Randi and Candie spend the rest of the episode fighting to pry Jack from their claws.
It's important to mention how much this show is taking advantage of being fully 3D animated now. That scene where Randi uses a stop sign to beat up BSS in the Renaissance Center
is not something you would've seen in, say, season five.
The new one-off special where David time travels to meet Isaac Newton was interesting, though very different from the majority of episodes in the series, but did they forget Cann's husband was already named Isaac??? Sure, they were a minor character but having two Isaacs is gonna be confusing!
There's nothing you or I can do, so let the stars fall.Anyone catch up on yesterday's episode?
Please note that I made the choice to have this season be episodic so that it wouldn't feel like the same person was carrying the thread in the terms of episode descriptions.
Don't you ever fix your lips to say that, bruh. I'm sitting right here and I got my daughter in the backseatI just saw it.
Debra and Mattias travelled to Springfield, Illinois to check out the Wanderin' John Historical Society, as they have some of his writings on file, but they get stonewalled by one particular member of the WJHS.
The rookie trio come to the same city to look into a series of alien sightings. Candi theorizes that the alien isn't really malicious as it keeps avoiding people and hasn't attacked anyone. Sandy suggests that it's up to something nefarious and just being sneaky. Randy thinks both of them should reserve judgement until they know more.
At the climax of the episode, they corner the alien... And it's the woman from the WJHS who's been causing trouble for Debra. She burns down the WJHS building, and seemingly intentionally gets herself caught by BSS agents.
It's a rare case of Team Rocket Wins on this show.
Nach jeder Ebbe kommt die Flut.No episode this week for MLK Day, but we did just get a preview of next week's episode. It looks like the gang is going to be meeting archmage Lysithea in Boston.
Lysithea: What did you say?
Jack: I'm just saying, with the two of us together, I think we could re-activate this ship.
Lysithea: (while shaking) Jack, do you have any idea why I learned magic?
Jack: (nervously) No. Why?
Lysithea: It... Was to do awesome shit like this! Now come on, let's get this rust bucket under way!

Nach jeder Ebbe kommt die Flut.Smth smth start from the Russia Arc in Season 2 and work your up from there.
In relation to Monday's episode, yeah, none of the new guys were prepared to commit an assassination. I mean, the guy was swarming with Etnes parasites but still.
Also, the official Twitter issued an apology for the long hiatus. They weren't expecting the weekly schedule to be so disliked, so they took a few months off to rethink their game plan. Episodes will return March 25th, on the old Monday and Thursday air schedule.
Don't you ever fix your lips to say that, bruh. I'm sitting right here and I got my daughter in the backseatGood to see them taking initiative again. I’ve been binging old episodes, like that Breather Episode where Karl finds out that Lydia plays dating sims. It even referenced a gam I like.
It builds character.Monday's episode was great. I like how this was the first we've seen Kathleen since Lemonade Arc and she decides to reintroduce herself by going "It's Kathleenin' Time!" and Kathleening so hard she breaks the Orb of Good Tidings. brilliant job, shawty
In all seriousness, I really did like this episode. Kathleen trying (and failing) to adjust to the changes in the Quarters' operations was very entertaining.

The novels are nothing more than side stories. Some of them are novelizations of the show, while others are completely original stories. You don't have to read them if you don't want to. That said, a lot of them are great. The novelization of Archon's Gate was spectacular, and The JUNCTION Journals is a series of neat little insights into the minds of each of the JUNCTION members before and during the whole Orator Stone debacle.

This episode revealed quite a lot about those Bedford Security Solutions guys. They're a rival mercenary group specializing in "extraterrestrial research." If Vike and Princeton's appearance is any indication, either BSS is the Menace under a different flag or BSS took in the remaining members of the Menace after they disbanded.
~MisterTambourineMan, did you mean to write an episode synopsis in your last post? Because I'm not seeing it.
