I love how the episode opens with a lampshade on how Debra basically stole main protagonist status from Jack in the Grand Tower Arc. Also the fact that they changed the opening to a Quarter themed version of the Season One opening. This entire episode is really just a modernized season one episode and it's great.

That makes sense. I mean, Jack was completely absent from season 4. I genuinely thought the Quarters would become another dropped plot point (this show has a bad habit of completely forgetting about plot points as soon as they're introduced).
Speaking of, does anyone know what happened to Rachel? She appears to be missing. Maybe the rumors of her actor leaving were true.
Read Pokemon Ultimate EmeraldI think they wrote Rachel off to a boarding school or something because her actor left after a falling out with the director.

https://piportorchic.carrd.co/Shame. She and Jack had just gotten together and did seem happy.
I suppose it's for the best. 10 bucks says if they kept her on they would have reversed the whole for drama because couples aren't allowed to be happy.
Read Pokemon Ultimate EmeraldThere's a little Freeze-Frame Bonus a few episodes ago where you see Jack keeps a photo of Rachel in his backpack, which was pretty cute.

I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.REALLY? So they could really still be in love! Could because they could be separated.
I do hope Rachel returns back on the show as well, because she is one of my favorites.

Working on Sandbox. The Amazing Race TV Tropes Edition.I hope Rachel comes back too. It doesn't matter if they recast her, she had a lot of great energy and potential as a character that I really hope isn't thrown out the window. Without Rachel, we might never see the baking contest arc come to an end! (I'd hate for them to toss out yet another interesting side plot.)
Also, I checked on IMDB and sure enough, Reid is voiced by Max Mittelman. I knew he sounded familiar.
Don't you ever fix your lips to say that, bruh. I'm sitting right here and I got my daughter in the backseatThe baking contest arc can remain interesting if they focus on Aaron and Amy. Those Two Guys are the epitome of Crazy Is Cool
Seriously, flour shouldn't be able to do that to gingerbread

Either the Russia Arc or the Grand Tower arc. Depends on whether you want to start with Jack or Debra respectively. Or the Lemonade arc if you don't want to cover as much ground to catch up.
Read Pokemon Ultimate EmeraldI figured. One of them had to be an Archon Priest or this would be a really weird and out of left field detour.

Apparently the Venomia arc was when a lot of new fans started boarding on (including me), but it's very continuity-heavy, both within the arc alone and out, so I wouldn't really recommend that. Personally I think the Lemonade Arc's the way to go.

Guys how cool would it be if Super Megaforce had a green ranger...Actually, since the whole Quarter thing is coming back it might be good to start with the Cult arc so that makes sense when you catch up.
Read Pokemon Ultimate EmeraldIn other news, they unveiled the Special Edition of Venomia Chronicles that'll have all the DLC automatically when it comes out so you don't have to pay for them and a neato art book and a code for soundtrack download because nobody uses CDs anymore.
They also revealed the pre-order bonus which is a set of classic skins for Debra, Athena, Cann, Timothy, and Ramirez; a set of extra weapons for each team; and 20 bonus ability points at the start of the games. Everything in the bonus aside from the ability points can be unlocked through normal gameplay so you don't have to worry about missing content if you don't pre-order the game which is nice. More games should do that.

Read Pokemon Ultimate EmeraldThe soundtrack will also eventuality be available commercially though it'll be missing some tracks from the special edition version.
Read Pokemon Ultimate EmeraldThey're saying the composer for the show is working on it so it should be good.
Read Pokemon Ultimate EmeraldGot the Petra garage kit the other day. Relatively easy to assemble, which is weird since her design's more on the complex side. I'm not complaining though, I don't have much experience with model kits in general.
I think it's really funny how you can assemble her gun mode and make her wield herself. The weird thing is there's also an existing scale model kit of her gun mode only but it's an Amazon exclusive I think?
Overall the articulation is really solid. Her colors are show-accurate and super colorful to boot. I wish she had more expressions but it's breddy gud

Guys how cool would it be if Super Megaforce had a green ranger...New episode just dropped called "Secrets of the Vault." It dropped some bombshells like finally showing us what happened to all the Macguffins over the years. Turns out the Quarters have been collecting them, including Dvorak's journal which Ramirez steals at the end of the episode.
I don't know about you guys but I think this episode might just be set up for the next arc since it doesn't have a lot to do with anything else.
Side note: should we come up with a set episode schedule like a real show or just keep doing it randomly?
Read Pokemon Ultimate EmeraldI think it would be fun to have an episode schedule to stretch this out more, but that's just me.
Also, could I make a Just For Fun tropes page for this or would that be too much? I know we already have the Google doc but that's not the same as a tropes page.

Looks like the current arc is taking a bit of a detour as today's episode seems to be the first in a mini-arc focusing on the World of the Quarters. Jack has finally decided to join the Quarters and help them fend off against the Menaces full time! This is also our first real look into what the World of the Quarters looks like (outside of concept art). Y'know, the way the Quarters have their forces separated into squadrons combined with the tightly-knit architecture surrounding the High Perch reminds me an awful lot of the Seireitei...
