This thread is fitting for Orc-tober, I can say.
I would suggest a collage of the four images to portray both the Tolkien and Blizzard type orcs.

Fjón þvæ ég af mér fjanda minna rán og reiði ríkra manna.
I used a couple of new images for a collage:

Top right: An Ork from Warhammer 40,000note .
Bottom left: An orc from WarCraft.
Bottom right: An Orsimer from Skyrim.

The trope is a subtrope of Our X Are Different, a set of tropes that describes how X things are portrayed in media. The trope description emphasizes the two main types, but the trope basically applies to any depiction of or orcs. The ones in the image look quite diverse, so it's a good picture even if it's not 100% clear which main category each of them belongs.

Yeah. How are they the same as the "average"? How are they different? That's how that family of tropes works.
~Delibirda: To be clear, the Our Monsters Are Different pages are not "[fantastic species] exists in this work". It's "these fantastic species have long histories in media and various myths/stories surrounding them, so here is how this specific work portrays them. What traits did they take from other works/traditions, and which ones did they pretty much invent?". For a good example of what we are going for with that collage, look at Our Vampires Are Different: it covers "classic Dracula type", "pretty boy Twilight type", "cute anime girl type", and more.
That said, top right and bottom left look a little interchangeable to me; maybe the Gamorreans
of Star Wars for another live-action take?
There's one notable exception though, which is Our Dwarves Are All the Same.
That's because dwarves have a tendency to follow a single stereotype. Yet if a dwarf is not like that, it would make it into that trope as a subversion.

Well, they're neither of those, but there is no generic "Needs Help."
The issue is, there are two images.
