The image on Afraid of Doctors seems to illustrate the more specific Afraid of Needles. I don't have a replacement at hand.
Agreed...not sure if it's better than the current on Afraid of Needles either.

I like the caption, but it might make the joke clearer to be on two lines, not just hidden in a note.
I added it in on one line with the smaller text; s'aright, or would it be better to be two lines with the normal size text?
I'd say the same size. With the first one being in ALLCAPS and the second one not, the size difference isn't that obvious, anyway.
Yeah, on second thought that does look better. It's set; locking up.
