Maybe a three-pic sequence showing how a boss changes form in every phase? An example would be Emperor Ing from Metroid Prime 2.

But whatever, let's keep working on an image for this.
Emporer Ing could be an example but I'm not liking the images I'm finding. The screen is too busy and dark and the boss doesn't share many elements between forms to suggest it's all the same fight.
Which is why I'm being stubborn on the Majora thing. Because if we got over the spoiler thing, all three forms share visual elements and come with big boss intro titles to announce each form. It would be perfect for this.

The thing, Majora IS a spoiler. The game tries to make you think Skull Kid is the Big Bad, but it turns out there's a Man Behind the Man, an inherently spoiler trope.

Final Bosses aren't spoilers as long as there's no twist associated with them.
Majora is a spoiler since the game does not set it up as the antagonist. K. Rool is not. Keep that in mind in the future.
