Not that the current image is not somewhat representative, but anyone unfamiliar with both the 1960s series and/or the Batman mythos might not get it.
I would suggest maybe this one◊, as the presence of the guns show much better that they are evil.
The current looks like a publicity shot. Strongly prefer the suggestion.
Suggestion > current.
I like it. They are different enough that even someone unfamiliar with Batman can guess they're individual villains teaming up instead of a recurring group.

I agree, but let's point that out in the caption anyway.
6 is in and tagged; caption?
"Hey Batman! We just want to give you the ride of your life."
And yes, I know in context they were cornering Hugo Strange but as far as the regular folks would know, these fellas would typically go after Batman rather than a villain who apparently conned them.
