Honestly, I'd have liked to see a wick check to see if the wicks actually showed overlap or not. I can't vote on someone's claim alone.

Transferable Memory seems to cover the same thing as Neural Implanting and has a better name.
Also, Neural Implanting has a misleading name that suggests physical implants rather than digital data is being inserted into the brain.
