I believe the italics indicate that "completely innocent level design" was sarcastic, but I'm not convinced it's intentionally phallic. Keep the current.

The current image isn't an example of Getting Crap Past the Radar itself, but an illustration of how parents are expected to react. I believe it was discussed somewhere and people were OK with it.
EDIT: Pulled the image:

Keet cleanupYeah, has the page even been cleaned yet? Changing the image seems like jumping the gun. The page might not survive the purge.
Working on: Author Appeal | Sandbox | Troper WallI'd be down for putting OP on AccidentalInnuendo.Video Games, at any rate.
Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢The suggestion is Accidental Innuendo, so move it to AccidentalInnuendo.Video Games. The current works fine as a gag image (I'm pretty sure I said the same thing about the same image in a past thread), so I'd prefer keeping it (and index the page under This Image Is Not an Example if it isn't already).

I got a rock for Halloween.
Don't bother indexing the page - like we said, it's probably going to get cut soon.
If we ever make a Video Game subpage for Demographically Inappropriate Humor maybe the current pic can go there.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.
I missed the post saying the page itself could get cut.

I got a rock for Halloween. This page is likely to be sent to the cutlist per GCPTR's new definition. So I would hold off.

Nah, it's so much better on Clueless Aesop and it's probably not an example of GCPTR as I believe it's actually teaching about WWII in context.
It was indeed teaching about World War II in context, because it came from a series of educational flashcards featuring Mario characters that was released in the '90s.
Edit: Full example (from the Tabletop Games folder):
- In the 1990s, a series of Super Mario Bros. quiz cards were made. The questions were completely unrelated to Mario and dealt with topics much heavier than what the video games usually cover, such as war, religion, and politics, complete with images of Mario and friends doing things related to the question
, such as Luigi reading a book about the Nazis and Mario being a member of three

The current image (a screenshot from the parental controls video) does not illustrate an adequate radar example. I have found a much better image showing completely innocent level design:
