Well, by our basic guidelines, you need to be able to identify a minimum number of tropes in their creative work, not just about them or the way they act on their channel. Having a Catchphrase or some cool channel art isn't enough.
A Let's Play or reaction video is not a creative work by itself unless the LP'er adopts some kind of persona or puts some original creative spin on it. Examples might include roleplaying as their character or inventing a fictional story within the work. To pick a name at random, Tobuscus would invent backstories for his characters, compose songs, and extensively roleplay within his LP's.
For the same reason, vlogs are not generally tropable because they're explicitly real life content. However, some channels can blur the line between filming themselves walking around and genuine sketch comedy (or whatever), and the latter can be tropable. Again, it's about whether they are acting a part or merely talking to a camera.
Many channels that do vlogs or LP's also have creative content, such as parodies, sketches, short-form films, music videos, and so on, and those are of course completely fair game to trope.
Having watched my fair share of reaction videos and LP's, I'd say that the vast majority of them don't meet these standards.
Edited to add a few other points. When a YouTuber creates a variety of content, their article goes in the Web Video namespace, not Let's Play. As you describe this user's content, most of it isn't creative in the sense we use. Prank videos are not generally tropable unless they are fictional, meaning scripted. "Attempting to live as one's Sim" pushes the line: if it's just a challenge video, it doesn't count, but if there's roleplaying involved, it might.
To reiterate, there must be a sufficient number of Plot Tropes or Characterization Tropes based solely on the creative content, not on how the person looks or acts in real life.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"The Sims videos do occasionally involve some RP but not as often; it's just that she and her husband will sometimes just try and act the part rather than just follow the steps of their day.
One of her videos is a cooking show parody where she's in character for much of it. Some other videos also involve scripted bits and sketches. But most of the time she's just being herself. I could probably find a few tropes but most of her content doesn't seem tropeworthy.
Her friend may actually be a better fit now that I think of it. She has more sketches and will sometimes do videos as a character, but even then I'm not too sure.
Edit: Honestly that might be the source of my confusion. They both have some tropeworthy content but that might not translate into their work being tropeworthy, and I'm unsure if I want to make pages based around skits and parodies that aren't a major part of their channels.

So I've been watching a lot of Laurenzside's videos lately and I'm considering making a page for her, but I'm also on the fence of if she's actually tropeworthy. She might technically be a Let's Player because she has gaming content, but she also has non-gaming content where she'll react to videos, play pranks on her husband, or do challenges like attempting to live as her Sim. Her friends, like Gloom, make similar content and if I can make a page for her I might be able to do them too.
Thing is, I've always been unclear on where the line is drawn for YouTube creators. I know people who just vlog about their daily lives are out, but what's exactly the measurement for if a creator is tropeworthy? Let's Players apparently are despite only really playing and talking about video games, but I was also told that people like, say, Cody Ko probably wouldn't count for being a reaction channel with no real skits, unlike other similar creators. How creative does a person's YT channel have to be before they qualify for a trope page?
