Finished the series.

Kaiju Messiah. That's not good.

Still many mysteries obviously. We still don't know if Taylor and Hayley's parents are dead or not. I guess that's for season 2.

The second and final (?!) season comes out on April 19th.

Started watching this again recently, then had to stop halfway through episode 1, but finished that just today.

Man. This family is super dysfunctional, and it's only episode 1 of season 1.

Also, that dude that Mei shot is somehow still alive. How?

Episode 2 of season two down.

Honestly, I think that old man was on to something. Sure, he got eaten, but for a while there, he was doing good work and pacifying Kaiju.

And....wow. Didn't expect that from Shane.

I'll get more into it whenever I post my full review, but I wasn't a huge fan of the show trying to give Shane a big redeeming sacrifice. It didn't feel earned.

I agree with that. Like, he did blow out someone else's brains earlier in the story. It's hard to buy he's suddenly willing to kill himself to save someone else.

Ooof. Hope she can walk that off.

Finished the series.

Almost got the whole band back together so to speak. Shame their mom didn't make it. Also funny that the dream they created for their mother was similar to how things actually happened, especially the part with their dad showing up.

Guess that's that. Probably no more seasons.
