SMILE!
Those just sound like they’re describing the idea of gendered hobbies in general, with no connection to the main idea of the trope (a parent being disapproving of their child having a hobby not commonly associated with their gender).
They also sound kind of dialogue-like, so they might violate No New Stock Phrases.

I got a rock for Halloween.I'm in favour of the aforementioned "Gendered Hobby, Disapproving Parent".
If I'm not much mistaken, that can be remedied via a custom title that inserts the comma.
My Games and Asset Packs
We can indeed use a custom title to add a comma, similarly to what's done with tropes like Bad Powers, Bad People.
Incorrect custom titles can be fixed by submitting a request for the fix, though it might be worth letting the mods know if the fix is subtle, such as what was done here
for Aw, Look! They Really Do Love Each Other when that trope's custom title contradicted the Wiki Word by having an extra W at the beginning.

I got a rock for Halloween. It turned out there were a ton of alternate ideas in the first page, so here's the crowner
. Hollering to hook.
Four days in, here are the names in the green:

Gender Normative Parent Plot

Gendered Hobby Disapproving Parent

Gender Defying Hobby
A bit surprised at the downvotes for Gendered Hobby, Disapproving Parent, as the discussion seemed to favor it. "Gender-Normative Parent" Plot sounds broader than the trope's focus on a parent disliking their kid's hobby for gender roles; it could also cover "parent thinking their son should be manly in general" without the hobby focus.
Gendered Hobby, Disapproving Parent is also a bit vague; there's no "perfect" name for the trope. Still, they're both better than what we have now.
Gendered Hobby, Disapproving Parent has just enough consensus to be made one if the crowner were called now.
Calling in favor of "Gender-Normative Parent" Plot. I'll do the move tonight.
Gendered Hobby, Disapproving Parent will be a redirect.
Cleaning the wicks now. I guess the description has to be rewritten to be more gender neutral too?
On Distaff Counterpart, You Go, Girl! is listed as a counterpart to this trope but that doesn't sound right to me (trope is gender neutral now anyway)
Macron's notes
Crown Description:
Most examples for Billy Elliot Plot fail to explain how the disapproval stems from gender roles, or what the gender roles are.
