Oh, I recognize some of these. I liked Chivalry of a Failed Knight, but the difference between the studio's style and Gondaira's is jarring for me.
So... Momo is not the Final Boss and there's someone new named Asa who claims to be the progenitor of the Yozakuras.
Really not a fan of this Remember the New Guy? and The Man Behind the Man stuff happening for the third time in a row.

I honestly hope he's the last villain of this Myth Arc because it's honestly getting pretty tiresome. And yeah, the author did a good job of making him detestable at least.
I'm also not sure if this is a coincidence, but Asa's name means "morning". If Taiyo's name is read in Japanese order, it sounds identical to, "Asa no Taiyo", or "the morning sun".

Well, I wasn't expecting a Time Skip this chapter... much less Taiyo and Mutsumi actually tying the knot and having kids while the main conflict is ongoing.
Anyway, I think the training arc explains what happened to Mutsumi's aunts and uncles: they were all victims of Asa's schemes. Still, the fact that Mutsumi's mother lived long enough to have seven children, including one younger than Mutsumi, indicates that Asa at least has an interest in continuing the family line.
He has to leave at least one member of a generation alive long enough to create the next generation, after all.
It should also be noted that Mutsumi's mother Rei was the previous head of the family, meaning she was the one who lacked powers but whose heart produces the someinine that fuels the family's abilities. Rei was the only one whose offspring would inherit powers, so she was the only one Asa needed to keep alive to sire another generation as opposed to harvesting earlier.

Disgusted, but not surprisedNews flash: The twins, Hifumi and Alpha are 4 years old, and with a 5 year timeskip, that means, Taiyo and Mutsumi got busy almost immediatly after the rest of the family left.
In other things, both of them clearly display their Yozakura blood, with Alpha being an extra smart inventor, while Hifumi is physically strong while inheriting that sibling loving trait from Kyoichiro.
It's kind of interesting how Alpha explicitly hates the family business and wants to live a normal life and have a normal job... despite being blatantly abnormal and by Taiyo's admission extremely suited for the family business. If anything he's kind of like a hybrid between Shion and Nanao in that regard with a side of Shinzo's tech skills.
Meanwhile, there's a strong Foolish Sibling, Responsible Sibling dynamic along with copious amounts of Knight Templar Big Brother instinct with Hifumi constantly getting herself and Alpha expelled with her violent displays of protectiveness. The way she takes after her uncle Kyoichiro (and to an extent Kengo with her frivolousness) is pretty interesting along with her plan to find the rest of her family.

Just had a thought. So, only a female from each generation of the Yozakura family is born withput abilties, and instead is the only one able to have kids which inherit someinine in their blood, becoming the head of the family, after which the cicle repeats.
Sooooo...
Does that mean every head from the 2nd generation onwards had to keep having kids until another heiress was born? (to ensure the family wiil continue). Or are they just genetically inclined to have large families, which resulted in there always being a heiress without planning?
This to me open 2 more questions: What would had happen if the thought Shion was the heiress (since she has no physical abilities, and took her a couple years to find her affinity with technology) and stopped having children then would white villain guy whose name I forget sent there a message to make them know they needed to keep the baby-making?
Second, in a lighter note, since Alpha and Hifumi obviously both have special powers, how many children do you think Taiyo and Mitsumi will have during by the end/epilogue? (My guess is 7 + the adopted Ai for a total of 8, surprassing the previous generation).

Most of their adaptations are average, also they already packed at the moment so I don't know if they gonna prioritize Yozaura Family or not. Also 2024 is quite late.
E.T technically is a Isekai movie
