Hilarious in Hindsight: Even the name "Vagatha" becomes this due to the name being the inspiration for Vaggie from Hazbin Hotel, as well as her Expy, Ragatha, from The Amazing Digital Circus.

Robin says that he trusts in the readers' choice. Decades later, Batman readers would vote to kill a different Robin.

(They're taking a personality quiz on what your friends would be if you were a food item.) - Hilarious in Hindsight: Any adaptation of Beauty and the Beast. Like Moses, every adaptation before, alongside or after it hasn't been able to be as good when it peaked with Disney.
Hilarious in Hindsight: In Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, The Rangers shout "It's morphing time" before transforming into their Ranger forms. This phrase would become hillarious when "It's Morbin Time" became in a meme after Morbius (2022) featured the iconic line "It's Morbin Time" in a scene where the main character transforms into a stronger form, just like the Power Rangers!

"Stand Proud, Sukuna, you are strong" | He/HimHarsher in Hindsight: Lenna's Inception has an In-Game Novel making fun of J. K. Rowling. A few months after it was released, she became no laughing matter.
Heartwarming in Hindsight: The species "lemur" was based on the latin word "Lemures". This sounds very similar to Lemres. This is heartwarming because Lemres is my favorite fictional character.
"That is hard to argue or agree with." ~PennyHilarious in Hindsight: In 1940, the first issue of Batman introduced his archenemy the Joker, a chaotic Monster Clown villain. Nearly eighty years later, TV Tropes would launch Practically Joker, a page that lists characters with a similar description.

For every low there is a high.Hilarious in Hindsight: The Prince of Egypt, being an adaptation of the story of Moses, is all about delivering the Hebrews from slavery and leading them to The Promised Land. 2 years later, in The Road to El Dorado, there would be a line in the song "The Trail We Blaze" that mentions the Promised Land by name.
- Harsher in Hindsight: In an episode of American Dad!, Roger zips up a plastic bag (with evidence of his existence in it) that has blue and yellow plastic on either side and remarks "Yellow and blue together makes green, that's how I know it's closed!" - Harsher in Hindsight: In the Donkey Kong Country episode "Four Weddings & A Coconut", Diddy Kong sings the song "Yes Means No", which features the lyrics "Yes means no and no means yes, it should be rather obvious!" While it was originally intented as a lighthearted song about how Candy will accept DK's marriage proposal as a joke, "Yes means No" would gain new meaning when allegations of sexual assault, grooming and human trafficking were made against P. Diddy. Perhaps he took more inspiration from DK's little buddy than just his name by listening to Diddy Kong's dating advice?.

"Stand Proud, Sukuna, you are strong" | He/HimHarsher in Hindsight: At the start of the game (Undertale), Flowey says "In this world, it's kill or be killed." This line was innocuous until 5 seconds after the release of the game, when someone got murdered in real life. And then it happened again. It got so bad that Toby Fox had to go on twitter and confirm that his work wasn't based on any real life tragedies, and apologised to the 10,000 victims of murder (at that point since the game released) for trivialising their suffering.
Hilarious in Hindsight: In the 1990s, Sega's tagline was "Welcome to the Next Level". Come Sonic the Hedgehog 2, which was marketed with the tagline "Welcome 2 the Next Level".
