Who said anything about YouTube War Expert not being tropeworthy? If that was referring to my post, I also said the thread listed Not Thriving rather than Not Tropeworthy.
Regardless, I assume that what you said means that its definition-only status wasn't a mistake, and that sounds like a good reason to keep it definition-only.

Bumping. All Men Are Rapists has been cut by TRS. Can someone compile the full list of pages that still need TRS, and why?
See Tropes Needing TRS.
I haven't heard from ~Septimus Heap in this thread since my last big post. PM sent.
So, I am guessing the following goes:
I'm now in favor of reversing Melody's move, but keeping it definition-only. I retracted what I previously said because I'm pretty sure it was posted shortly before going to bed (so I didn't put much thought into it).
Reviewing the entire thread, the following tropes are unresolved. Are they okay to stay?
Reposting to the Locked Pages thread — These pages need the banner added to them:

The latter (Logical Fallacies) can probably stay until and unless someone ponies up the stamina to do a large-scale repair effort on it. The latter (Current Events Blog) is another candidate for the web tropes cleanup.
I've moved Melody back, for the record.
Aside from converting Logical Fallacies to a Useful Notes page, it has been suggested making all Logical Fallacies tropes In-Universe Examples Only.rationale Examples on non-DO subtropes tend to attract natter and/or complaining; see, for instance, False Dichotomy. All possibilities, including the case where we make a UN and an IUEO, could also allow merger into one page. Definitely leave that for TRS, however.
Dodgy Time Stamp is now cut.
Sept suggested a change to the banner. Using the center command instead of the header command. As far as I can tell, consensus on how to format the banner is the last thing that we need before closing this thread.
Are we sure that no other action is required post-cleanup, e.g. to prevent further misuse?
This was the cause of misuse. This thread is clarifying that rule, so more misuse is unlikely.
Could you explain that better?
As for the change, here's what the two versions would look like, as seen on Delicate Is Beautiful with a punctuation error corrected.
Zettai Ryouiki has been made D-O per the Appearance Tropes Cleanup.
So which type fo header will we use of Definition-Only Pages?
I don't know if I already brought this up in this thread (I did bring it up in the Nightmare Fuel cleanup thread), but shouldn't Accidental Nightmare Fuel be on Definition-Only Pages instead of No On-Page Examples? The page says it's a Fan Speak term whose examples should be listed under Nightmare Fuel instead of Accidental Nightmare Fuel.

I think it's OK to list Accidental Nightmare Fuel on YMMV pages, myself.
Should Don't Shoot the Message be on No On-Page Examples? It has no examples on the trope page, but I've seen it on work YMMV pages.

I guess that header is okay, but honestly I saw no issue with using the comma, though that may be because I always believed that semicolons are only for show-offs (outside of programming).

Re banners: I think the header version is OK.
Re Accidental Nightmare Fuel: I recall the 2012 discussions and yes it's supposed to be exampleless.
Should Accidental Nightmare Fuel be moved, then?
Edit: Also, should Melody be put back on the list since it was moved back to Main/?

OK, I'll take action on this one. Accidental Nightmare Fuel is listed and Melody isn't pending its own discussion if anyone is actually interested. Since most people here appear to support the header over the center version, I've gone and put it on the pages that don't bear a Flame Bait notice nor have another notice already.
This has now served its purpose, so I'll lock it. Since some people agreed that Online Personas and similar online things tropes need TRS, I'll refer to this TRS which deals with some of them.

How well does it match the trope?
