So over 10 years ago or so, we used to have a newsletter called Trope Report, which covers all of the changes that happened on the wiki weekly. I have been nostalgic for it recently so I thought of it and it seemed to be a fun way to inform tropers about the changes going on around the wiki.
The sandbox for the project can be found at Sandbox.Trope Report Dummy Edition and the sandbox for ideas/plans can be found on Sandbox.Trope Report Ideas. After a new issue is published, revert the Dummy Edition back to a template using the text on Sandbox.Trope Report Template.

He/His/Him. No matter who you are, always Be Yourself.
We already plugged that one, but like, what else can we do? We've been talking for a while about how there's no projects left to plug anymore.
Well, there are, just none that hit that sweet spot where they actually warrant a plug.
I suppose of all the things that could be double-plugged, projects aren't that bad.

Working on: Author Appeal | Sandbox | Troper WallI probably shouldn't care too much about quality since the Stylistic Suck is part of the joke, but I'd like to have some opinions on how the fic turned out now that it's finished.
Also, I think it needs more potholes. Any ideas?

- Trope Reporter (real name womp womp womp womp, womp womp womp von womp) is the mascot for Trope Report whose likeness was
stolen from overseasscanned pixel by pixel, then sucked into the mainframecovered in hockey pads before the big game, which we said we wouldn't punish him for losing if he contributedquite the headbang-inspiring record producer for this edition's sound engineering booth and—woops, we destroyed it again. Don't let him find out, DON'T LET HIM FIND OUT—
I decided to do a quick sweep of the grammar since I had some free time.
~Coachpill — the entry for Trope Reporter is good but it needs a slight re-write because the strikethrough markup is exclusive to the forums.
~plakythebirb — Good Luck, Studio now has examples; do you want to alter the entry or leave it as-is?

Maybe running it through another site's strikethrough text generator could work? Try copy-pasting from this:

When you're alone I'm reaching out to let you know that you're far from strangers, like the savior
Berserk Button: misusing Berserk Button
Before we launch, for newly created work pages, I would like to add Go For A Punch! Saki Sanobashi, a 2023 visual novel inspired by a 4chan hoax - figured it would be perfect for April Fools. Sorry if this is kinda late.
- Go For A Punch! Saki Sanobashi is an obscure and gruesome horror anime OVA first reported on 4chan — okay, it's actually a visual novel adaptation of a 4chan hoax. In it, five girls who hate their lives meet up in the bathroom of an abandoned school to use poison gas to commit mass suicide. Then one of them goes to get the materials and doesn't return. Saki, Hana, Sayuri, and Kimiko, now trapped inside the bathroom, slowly lose what remains of their sanity as they try to escape while grappling with their own desire to end their lives.
Thanks.
