So over 10 years ago or so, we used to have a newsletter called Trope Report, which covers all of the changes that happened on the wiki weekly. I have been nostalgic for it recently so I thought of it and it seemed to be a fun way to inform tropers about the changes going on around the wiki.
The sandbox for the project can be found at Sandbox.Trope Report Dummy Edition and the sandbox for ideas/plans can be found on Sandbox.Trope Report Ideas. After a new issue is published, revert the Dummy Edition back to a template using the text on Sandbox.Trope Report Template.

Not only did I mention the change in the Changelog, I plugged the dewicking thread in Projects Spotlight. Hopefully this will help (unless you guys think it's overkill.)
Works That Require Cleanup of Complaining | Troper WallHere's my entry for Fanart At First Sight. Any comments before I add it to the sandbox?
- Imagine this: A brand new character has just been revealed, and you search their name up on the internet to learn more about them. The suddenly, you see that they already have tons of fanart about them even though it's been mere minutes after their announcement! It's almost as if it was Fanart At First Sight for the artists, churning out illustrations faster than anyone expected the second their eyes witnessed the new character. While a common trend in fandom and art circles, this trope was just launched on March 14th.
For May I want to take this suggestion
seriously and see if there's any more feedback before we create the initial TLP draft for the Main/ page explaining the namespace and actually decide on the name.
I think the Fanart At First Sight entry is fine. It has 43 wicks already which is pretty decent, though discounting JFF, laconic, and sandbox it falls below 40.
Currently mostly inactive. An incremental game I tested: https://galaxy.click/play/176 (Gods of Incremental)I'm adding the Fairy Tale Franchise Pages
discussion to the Forumwatch unless it was already plugged at some point. Since it's been resurrected, I think that unless it just suddenly gets resolved by May, it's worth a plug.
If not some IRL stuff I would be done with the Sources cleanup by the end of the week even, it's a pretty straightforward "go delete the examples" with a list.
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupAlso, we'd voted for Bloom & Doom Seed Corporation as our sponsor, since it's Spring in the Northern Hemisphere. Any objections to adding that?
Yes, good sponsor. And for the record, I've been waiting with entries to see how many of them there'd be in the two sections I usually work for. I'll see where else I can write, as my standard has always been six entries per issue.

I might add one more to Obscure Works.
FYI, my cap for adding entries to Obscure Works, Non-English Works and Works that Need a Page is one each per month, that way the others can have room to work with.
Excessive-Menace, there's one thing about your entry.
"While a common trend in fandom and art circles, this audience reaction was just launched on March 14th." — And? You left the sentence hanging there. Does it need more wicks? More examples? More attention? All of the above?
It's a new trope, so I didn't plan on adding anything else after it. I thought it was a decent enough conclusion, but maybe I could edit it a bit to sound less incomplete, though I'm at a loss on that part.
I added a little extension to the final sentence just in case.
SING TO ME, LEND ME THE SONG OF BLASPHEMYWelp, A Random Page got bounced; should we keep their tidbit on the current issue?
ᜇᜎᜈ᜔ᜇᜈ᜔|I DO COMMISSIONS|ᜇᜎᜈ᜔ᜇᜈ᜔Yes? We don't cut things just because someone got bounced afterward, and the newsletters are archived.
Working on: Author Appeal | Sandbox | Troper WallWhile at it, should Sandbox.A Random Page and TroperWall.A Random Page be in the Cut List?
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupWe usually only take drastic Un-person measures with ban evasion. That
feels better discussed in another thread, not sure where though.
Hitler Ate Sugar is already a strong contender for Image of the Month.

I also agree with this, it might help clear misuse.
No need to mention the new subpages though, those were just split due to size, it happens very often.
