New chapter, and popularity poll results.
βMy ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.βNaputaku you absolute madlad, you made it.
Secret SignatureWhy yes, he is a madlad.
Also always nice to see when the chuuni goof gets dangerous
Really should have seen that coming.
βMy ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.βUneras is such a fangirl.
I figured the audience would have been shown Ruru if her situation was as traumatic as the characters assumed.
Unerasβ true form is both creepy and pitiful. The heart motif is also made creepy since it is not an adorable cartoon heart shaped hole like the one on her avatar. Instead it is an actual giant beating heart.
Disgusted, but not surprisedYeah, that was a great touch. Iβm a bit meh on this mini-arc overall though.
Graduation and it looks like weβre winding down. Itβs been fun.
βMy ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.βYeah, the last mini-arc felt like endgame stuff and now it seems like Magu is indeed finishing up? Wonder if get a timeskip epilogue for the last few chapters.
Last chapter, and some tears were shed.
βMy ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.βMake that a lot of tears shed. I hope Kamiki gets to make more manga.
Secret SignatureThey didn't really have enough time to do all they could with Yupisusu, but it managed to stick the landing for both finales, which really mattered more.
I'll be eternally grateful for the weird place the magazine was in letting this series go on way, way past what you would say financially justifies it.
Yeah, this manga lasted considerably longer than I thought it would.
Final chapter hit me in the feels, that single tear from Maguβs eye got me.
Don't abandon the threaded entirely yet, though, there's gonna be an extra chapter in the next issue of Jump GIGA. Given MangaPlus put up the extra chapter of Agravity Boys, I expect we'll get it, if not exactly when the Japanese is out.
If anyone hasn't read this week's chapter of Protect Me, Shugomaru!, it turns into a Crossover where Magu, Napuutaku, and Uneras show up because Shugomaru wanted to say goodbye for the series ending.
Well, this was a very nice little series. I loved how the small heartfelt moments tied perfectly into the comedy. I'm going to reread it from the beginning as soon as I've got time.
I said a bit more about it here: http://www.skjam.com/2022/02/14/manga-review-magu-chan-god-of-destruction/
The Manga Plus page updated, indicating they're gonna simulpublish the extra chapter in GIGA this Sunday/Monday.

The ending was beautifully heartfelt. I like how Ruru and Magu changed each other's lives for the better.
"They truly were a Aqua Teen Hunger Force"The fact Yuppi needed to pull an Uatu makes me feel like Ren deserved his original fate.
βMy ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.βMy headcanon is that Yuppi saw the timeline from the magazine ending, and this chapter is a "sequel" in the sense that it's a timeline that diverges from that (not that I expect Ruru and Magu's life too be much different than what was shown even if she does get together with Ren).
I look forward to whatever farcical idiocy this rescue will turn into.
