Is Hearts Are Health too specific?

It's laconic, which seems to be accurate:

Hearts commonly used as an indicator of Hit Points in video games.

But I want to expand it beyond Hit Points, and also possibly beyond Video Games...

Like, when Heartbeat Soundtrack is being used as Critical Annoyance... That's connecting Hearts to Living / Health...

Or VideoGame.Borderlands 1, where in T-Bone Junction, the medical establishment of Dr. Zed, uses a human heart as its sign...

Or possibly even VideoGame.Dungeon Keeper, whose Soul Jar Genius Loci (A Dungeon Is You) devices, are called "Dungeon Hearts"

...

And then connect to tropes like Attack on the Heart, about attacks on literal cardiological hearts...

You mean, a more general symbolism about hearts being health?

Yeah, I can see this working.

I'm up for expanding the definition. (We don't already have a trope about hearts symbolically representing life force?)

^ - Looking at all the tropes that Heart is disambig-ing between, it seems there isn't.

The Trope description isn't too hard to generalize, but the page as a whole is implying Video Games only?
